QuikTrip is a clean store with friendly employees. It offers easy pay at the pump access and gets busy, so people are always in a rush. A major and consistent drawback is that the fountain drinks are frequently out of service; it is guaranteed that five or more are out all the time, often the most popular ones, and they stay that way for days, which is disappointing considering the quality QuikTrip usually has. On a positive note, the grilled cheese BLT is really good, good for a gas station, and good at every location. A common criticism across all locations is the mandatory policy requiring every single employee to robotically use the phrase "See you next time." This practice is seen as creepily Orwellian, not authentic or sincere, and does nothing to make customers want to come back. The suggestion is for QuikTrip to allow employees to behave more like people and less like robots.
