We took our white sienna almost a year ago and we are still waiting for a piece that “they don’t know when is coming” (even though they told us it would take a couple of months)Every time we ask for the piece (because of course they don’t care about letting us know anything) they don’t know or care to look what is happening.Besides that, the new door they installed makes a cracking sound every time we open it, we took it back twice and they just swear the sound is fixed only to be back again in two or three days.

Had been backed into and insurance suggested Precision for repairs. The people at Precision told me they'd do the best they could matching the paint, because it was a second paint job and not the factory color. Just look at the results - WOW! So impressed with this place. Take your car here and you won't be disappointed!

Dont go to this shop.i called them to let them know that im picking up my car back due to enterprise dont have available car for me and i forgot what shes name but she hangup my call,so rude to do that to your costumer. I will never suggest this shop ever again.

So my car has been sitting at this shop for about a month, so when I arrived I found my car outside of the establishment unlocked, my hood opened, my key in the ignition and my key probe broken… Douglas Fisher and his staff never touched my car and for the whole time was giving me the run around about my car… Douglas Fisher even told me that my car was a $6 car and he would put my car in the middle of the street… doesn’t want to honor their lifetime warranty for poor workmanship but this business is supposed to be about honesty and integrity…

Precision Hail & Body is the best company in North Texas for auto body repair, period. They provide High Quality work but also didn't overcharge for the work done. Honest and great quality body work. They drove my car and emptied the gas tank, i had to stop at the first gas station I could reach. I told them to touch upSeveral areas around my car when I dropped it, none of that was done.

They were a preferred shop of an insurance company I was filing a claim with. I called a few days before I came in to schedule an appointment to look at my vehicle. I told the gentlemen the year, make, and model of my vehicle as well as the company. He told me that they would be able to fix my vehicle and he gave me a date to come in so he could take a look at it. When I walked in the day of the appointment I wasn't even greeted properly. I told the gentlemen that I had called and talk to someone about getting my vehicle repair. His response was "well you didnt talk to me." That was a bit strange for me but oh well, he called someone and as I'm there waiting no real customer service about asking me anything. So after about 10 minutes or more the guy that I apparently had the phone conversation with arrive and started asking me question about my vehicle. Just when the guy asked me for the keys to go outside to get pictures, the "well you didn't talk to me guy" told the other gentlemen we dont do work on those vehicles. I'm sitting there stunned just as well as the guy I talked to. I'm like I called and you got all my information the guy said man I didnt even know we dont work on those. I wasted time and all getting off of work to have my vehicle looked at. They need to do a better job of knowing what they fix and what they dont fix. The customer service could be a lot better. I'm pray the "well you didn't talk to me guy" is not tele owner. If so, please do better talking to customers. Show better customer service.

Absolutely horrible!!! Left paint on the car and in the car and on the steering wheel!!! Pink paint left on the roof of car, with blue tape left on the inside of car. Tacky work, very unprofessional and rude staff!!!Services: Body & Trim

I’ve use this body shop several times for many years with large repairs. I am a repeat customer so I would think they would take good care of me. I had a minor repair that I needed to be made on my current vehicle so I took it there to get an estimate from them. It’s been over three months and I have never gotten so much as a courtesy phone call back or an estimate. I guess there must be new owners that don’t know what customer service and repeat businesses is anymore. Don’t waste your time getting an estimate.

Service was quick and very well done! After a new driver hit us, I was worried it would be a hassle to get my SUV repaired. It took less than 3 days for the repairs, and my vehicle looked as good as before. I’d recommend to anyone.

I took my car there and it took a couple of weeks to get the trunk area of my car fixed which was no big deal but then when I get it back I immediately tell them it’s not correct and he wanted to argue with me so I call up there later and tell someone else and they ask me to bring it back so I did and he “fixed” it but then it went right back to the same way and my trunk isn’t sealed and they won’t help me! I 10 out of 10 do not recommend them and their work what so ever!

The repairs done on my vehicle were fantastic. You can't even see where the damage was. Parts too longer than expected but the service was superb. Special shout out to Edessa at the front desk for helping with my rental.Services: Steering & suspension repair

The staff is super friendly. Doug was great. They use a text notification system to keep you in the loop while waiting on parts and whatnot. Great job with my repair.
