Getting a money order has never been this difficult. I had to purchase a money order for a large sum today because the banks were closed. I had to provide my social security number,my employer,my position, and the reason I was getting the money order and took a photo copy of the money orders. Seriously, all this information for a money order? When I asked why so much information was needed, I was simply told it was compliance, even the manager gave the vague answer its compliance. If you want all this information from a customer, you should have it posted so they are aware of why all their personal information is collected. I will not be using this business for any other services due to the attitude from the employee and the management.
