Incredible attention to details, and the needs of the customer. Replacement glass was performed exactly as needed and truly a lot better price than I could envision.My son (owner of the vehicle) was away at a US Army training school and the offered 20% discount for military and first responders was really appreciated. Had aftermarket top for Bronco. Had a slight leak and they were able to remove glass without breaking and reseal. Other big name chain wouldn't do it since it wasn't OEM. Platinum completed in 30 minutes!! Good job.

It was good experience with Platinum Auto Glass replacing my car’s windshield. I opted to make an onsite appointment. The staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I was kept informed of the progress of the work being done and given after care instructions via text. I highly recommend this business.

I have 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and windshield replacement was done here on 1st April 2024. This car has lots of features like adaptive cruise, collision control etc...so requires calibration after any such work. I asked them multiple times whether they will be able to do this or not? I was told they will be able to do that. Went there on time - somewhat difficult to find their shop. Replacement was done in less than 2 hours on Monday morning - I need to rush back to my work. After this repair - my Bluetooth stopped working - like I cannot make or receive any calls. I tried resetting my blue tooth on the phone and reconnected the phone multiple times and tried other phones but no success. Finally I told them after calibration this issue has occurred. They asked me to come on 20th April 2024. But simply told me that calibration has nothing to do with Bluetooth working or not? If that was the case I should have been told about it so that I don't have to come there 2nd time. I called Hyundai twice and be on the phone and they can't fix this issue. I have to take a service appointment with the dealership. For me - making and receiving calls via bluetooth while driving is very important. Today's cars are very complex and if they can't do the calibration properly they should not have taken this work. I have to spend close to 6 hours(on phone with Hyundai) and still this issue is not fixed. Overall bad experience. It's better to go to Safelite they have more number of workers and may be they are more trained for todays' cars.Edit: Now I have to make a service appointment with Hyundai Dealer so that they can diagnose and fix this issue.

Wow! Very fast service! The waiting area is very nice. Unlike other places I have been. They greeted me with a smile and immediately got to work. It is probably the nicest small waiting area I have ever been in. There was music playing, they offered me water, very comfortable seating area, awards everywhere on the wall along with a glass cabinet, displaying their accomplishments. An all around first class operation. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice, they help me relax , cause i was panicing on my windshield crack, and as soon as i set up an appointment they call right away and lucky they have available that day also. Very quick and now my car windshield looks good as new.

When my mom had her windshield damaged Platinum Auto Glass not only booked an appointment for her that day but also finished it that day in addition to giving her an additional discount. I HIGHLY highly recommend them as they were not only professional but also very responsive!!! Additionally this company is a family buisness so they are very interactive and will put great care in your glass needs!

The experience with Platinum Auto Glass was excellent from start to finish. From making the appointment, to dropping of the car, to picking it up, everyone was very polite and they did excellent work. To top it off, they were much less expensive than the other two places I called. Great service and the lowest price. You can't get any better than that.
