Love the gym. Always clean and not too crowded. Staff is polite. Wish there was an arc trainer machine and a glute lift machine.

Finally a gym that's truly 24/7 for a good price, and there's lots of new equipment now that they've relocated. Please don't gradually move away from 24 hours like the other clubs ?

Nice place to work out, no cameras, and a policy for no filming people without their consent. I try to go a lot without the threat of ppl calling u a gym creep if u look in their general direction.

If we are just talking about Planet Fitness as a place to work out and variety or quality of machines it is not bad specifically for beginners. Pricing is good for what they offer. Some of their policies I do not agree with, but that does not have anything to do with this specific location.

I see that many reviews say that PF Lewisville is roomy. I often leave to do strength training at home, or just flat out skip it. Many times I can't get space in the 2 small areas designated for dumbbells, etc. The very back room has no mirrors. I'm the type who has to watch my form for correction, etc. I'm stuck with my membership until early next year. My bf won't even go anymore. He has the type of membership he can cancel without penalty.

It only took me a year to actually start using my membership, but glad I choose this location. It was very clean and roomy, and the folks at the desk were super! My only complaint is that I saw a lot of people taking up machines while talking or scrolling on their phonesi nstead of using them. That's really annoying if you're trying to maintain a pace on your workout and the machines are blocked. Overall though, great gym experience.

Customer service is below average and the gym isn't all that impressive. The 30 minute area is small. The whole gym is kind of small. The machines are in good condition but the gym is newish so it may change. The sanitary stations were filled.
