I had my 2 dogs groomed here recently and the staff was very friendly and patient with them. Previous experience at other stores have been not good so I was very unsure how it would go. However I was pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back again!
Not only was the grooming staff super friendly and upbeat but every other staff member I interacted with that day was as well!

We took our mini Aussie in for a bath and haircut a couple months ago. He came back to us looking so good. His hair cut was perfect and the tech Sloan did a fantastic job with him. Our dog loved her. We booked him another appointment for the same thing and got a different tech, Shelby S. I am furious. Our dog looks awful. She had our dog for 5 hours. She used scissors on him and it looks like a second grader did his hair cut. He is uneven all over his body, except his face and my dog was very anxious when we picked him up. We asked for a short haircut being summer and him being long hair. We got back a patchwork, short in some areas and long in others. One side of his butt is 3" longer then the other and she refused to cut any hair on his back. I checked his nails also and one of his front nails is still way too long and needs trimmed, but my daughter can fix that for me. I will be taking him in to my daughters groomer to get his hair cut fixed. I will not be taking any of our pets back there in the future ever. If you take your dog there ask for Sloan she is awesome, but beware of Shelby.

So the Vet team Team is not included in my review. WOW! Kayla amongst the others that are staffed there are horrible at customer service. Absolutely rude. It's sad. I will not be going back at this point. Super Bummed but the negative energy is pretty stiff.

Sloan was amazing! Her and her team worked together and was able to get my dogs nails filed all the way down. My dog was not friendly with our last groomer. We will be coming here from now on.

The haircut is horrible, and so is the service. We took our dog here for the first time a while ago, and he returned home with the exact cut we asked for, under the care of a wonderful woman who left the company. The second time we took him, however, was not as fortunate. He was placed under the care of Shelby S, and we requested a short cut of 3/4 inches. He came back patchy and nicked. It was clear that wherever there was tangled hair she had just shaved rather than trying to brush it. Before we could utter a word about his state, Shelby started being incredibly passive aggressive and rude. Our dog returned home shaky and scared. We have taken him to groomers in the past and he has never been like this.

The vet team is one of the best i’ve ever met! My dog is a very anxious girl and they always make me feel safe and comfortable when she’s there about her care. 10/10 great dog lovers here!

I live in Mansfield, but my dog needed to be seen, so I took her to the Lewsville Petco because she could be seen that day. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. They were able to identify the cause of my dog's ailments.
Marie is indeed a GEM. I knew we were in safe hands when she sat down on the ground and let my dog get to know her. You can see she enjoys what she does, and she gave me so much advice. As a new dog mom, we need more people like her looking after our pets.

A big thank you to Shelbe who groomed my Afghan Hound. He went into the store with mats and stickers in his hair and came out soft, shinny and smelling great! The cut was so cute, with Clydesdale legs/feet. He pranced out of the store!
