I have been a very loyal Customer for over 12 years and I was on the yearly plan $499 a year for unlimited visits and use of any bed. When I went in yesterday to tan I was informed that my membership had expired and that the price had increased to $1,200 a year which includes spray tans that I have never and would never use and since due to my work schedule I can actually only tan about twice a week it wasn't worth the cost for me and I was informed that was basically my only option or I could go month to month for $110 which again seems like not a very good deal for me. So, after all of these years of loyal guess they just lost my business . . .

The tanning beds are good, it's clean, and they have a lot of bed and lotion options. I love the staff. Those girls are amazing!

very friendly staff, clean facilities, easy to join and quit. I went to tan during their stated, business hours, but they turned me away because of some football game at everybody's watching. They closed 2 + hours early for a sporting event.

I left another tanning salon in town as they had constant billing issues etc. Today I go in and the store is wrecked. They're putting down new flooring in the middle of the day. Two ladies were waiting and said they'd been waiting 20 minutes. When I asked what was going on I was told '1/2 my beds are down. Whatever you need is going to be a while.' Frustration began to grow. When I inquired about a appointment, I was told no appointments. (Not what I was told when I joined). After some discussion I'm finally told the salon would be like this for '3 days'. Basically unavailable until next week 'for whatever you want'. Not sure if I'm going to continue my membership. Basic communications go a long way. A simple email or text could have helped this situation.

I'm a previous member from Palm Beach tan and went in today to obtain a membership. I have an event this weekend and was hoping to build up from my base before the event. With it being Monday I figured I could tan 3-5 times this week starting today. Unfortunately when I went in their internet was down so I wasn't able to start a membership. The girl stated all she can do is put people in beds. I asked if I could go ahead and tan today with the intention of getting a membership tomorrow, stated that I could put cash down as collateral or she could get my credit information so they could charge me later. She stated she couldn't take my details because she could get fired. I feel like there should be back up options for when technology fails. It's easy enough to have some credit card auth forms for something like this. At the least, how hard would it be to just comp a tan for someone who came in specifically looking for a membership?! I was even willing to leave a belonging or cash as collateral... now I'm considering an alternative company. I'd gone to them in the past but this is just bad customer service.
