The guy at the counter was nice. It was affordable($15). He even cleaned my watch a little because of unexpected battery corrosion.

Jack and Anthony were outstanding. They helped me size my Rolex watch and give me some much needed details on my other stones that I have. I highly recommend them for all custom jewelry and quality diamonds.
