No. If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my cats urine sample, not once, but twice! "Forgot" to call in his medication before the holiday and had to call it in and go to an emergency vet! It wasn't the first time with this either. If you love your pets please don't go there. $3k after trying to trust them and give them chances and so many more we found a GOOD vet down on Cross Timbers. Stay away from these people. The place is gross and they don't have it together at all. Be aware.

This is my first veterinary visit to this clinic and my experience was excellent!!! The way they treated my cat Felix (senior), with patience, affection and kindness at all times, made me feel relaxed and reduced my anxiety about taking him to the clinic. The honest communication and overall care I received from Dr. Farag Salib and his staff were friendly and professional.
Although I am still waiting for the lab results and hoping that my beloved pet has nothing concerning, I absolutely recommend this clinic, where your pet will not be just another client. Magda Q ? ??

I came in with my dog a few days ago with very bad stomach pain and bloated belly. They provided me with great service and was able to see her in a timely manner. Doc Farag Salib treated my baby as if she were his own. He was very patient, verbally knowledgeable, and, most importantly, understandable. I'm new to the area and still adjusting to life. They were able to work with me financially, and I greatly appreciate that so very much. This is now my new favorite spot to bring my fur baby on her regular visits.

Went to clinic first time with my Yorkie for the standard vaccination package with free wellness exam. People were friendly but the vet tech mixed my Yorkie’s records with those of another patient of theirs - a chihuahua mix that outweighed my dog by easily 20 pounds. They gave her several shots in the rear and several oral. Then I went up front to pay and get her tags. At that point the woman I had made appointment through noticed the tech had the wrong records. At that point they had charged me the right amount and had the list of what they had given her. The tech took back that invoice, reentered the records and then tried to charge me more and had added they had given her a worm treatment which was NOT requested or discussed! I asked if my dog had actually been given the right meds at the right doses considering the size of the other dog - which was right there in the waiting room - and the vet tech brushed me off and said sure and the wormer would be “good” for my dog!! He then went to the back. I told the woman up front I was NOT comfortable with this situation and I wanted that second bill marked paid since I had already paid what was owed and I was no longer sure they had given her the right dosages. She went in the back to talk with the vet tech and came back to say he had zeroed out that second charge and she printed out an invoice to that effect. I left but 90 minutes later my Yorkie started having intense shaking and literally screamed if her back was touched near the injection site. I rocked and held her until 10 this evening. I will NEVER go to this clinic again. It was an awful and totally avoidable experience. I have ZERO confidence that they dosed my dog correctly and they didn’t answer my questions at all! The young lady was very nice and helpful. The vet was friendly but if that was their idea of a “wellness exam” they failed miserably. The vet tech really screwed up and I feel fortunate my dog wasn’t injured more than she was.

This vet was amazing. The love and compassion for the animals, as well as their owners, shone above everything. He was kind and knowledgeable about the illness and a great diagnostician. He presented us with treatment options that were aggressive and conservative and did not pressure us to choose the more expensive one. They truly wanted what was best for the animal and it showed. The price of the treatment was fair and reasonable. Definitely bring your pet here if you want it to be cared for like a member of the family.

Literally the best experience I have ever had. I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion shown by all staff. They take time to talk to you and explain all the options. They are reasonably priced and you feel at ease. If you are looking for a vet! Run!!! This is the one!!
