“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”

I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!”

“(121 location in Lewisville) There was a wait because so many vehicles wanted their services on a Friday afternoon. Two bays were open and what looked like five guys were working. I think I paid more than normal for a basic oil change at a different franchise. However, I like the perk of not having to leave your vehicle. The manager, Hayden, was excellent. He made sure the oil change was done correctly. I recommend this location.”
“Took my car in just before it closed to get the back wheels balanced and the techs Sakaria and Hebert noticed that one of the tires was badly warped. Even though it was at the end of their work day Jose and John did not think it was safe for me to drive home. The crew worked over time to replace my back tires!
