This establishment is really good. I have visited it at least three times. The first time was on August 3, 2022, the second time was on January 14, 2023, and the third time was on March 11, 2023. Each visit was a great experience because the equipment was well-maintained, and the staff towel-dried my car afterward.
I think it would make a big difference to have at least one cashier available at all times. On my first and third visits, I had to wait for a few minutes because there was no one at the cashier spot. The person there was busy prepping a car to go through the tunnel. However, he eventually arrived to assist, and when he did, he provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and friendly.
I still believe new owners are needed as of 2024 due to recent bad reviews mentioning malfunctioning equipment and non-functional vacuums. It would be great to have at least one pay station with a cashier alongside the kiosk. Additionally, there should be an unlimited member-only lane and more free self-service vacuums, and the equipment should be refurbished to run like it's brand new again.

I payed 18 dollar wash for dry and tire clean and they didn’t come out to do any of it they were just hiding behind their cars looking

EDIT: 6/18/24 - The owner replied to my review on here to save face and appear that they are trying to take care of this issue. They still have not responded to any of my calls or texts. The damage to my truck cost me $350 out of my pocket to fix. DO NOT COME TO OCEANS.
I came here to get my truck washed so that I could sell it later that night. Their carwash tore my fender off of a 2020 Silverado with zero pre existing damage. They owner will not respond and management will not provide their business information or insurance. Their signage states they are responsible for factory installed equipment on vehicles 5 years and newer.

The employees are nice but that’s as good as it gets. Half of the features in the car wash tunnel don’t work including the air blowers at the end. The cloth strands that are supposed to move around and help clean your car just dangle idly.

Vacuums don't work, are missing hose, or I'd they do work. The suction is horrible. Staff is friendly and professional. Wash itself was OK.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! the lady at the car wash told me to move left and i heard a scratch and she told me it was fine so then she told me to turn right and it was scratching even more and i asked for a refund and told her i didn’t want a car wash no more and she told me NO. AFTER we stared moving my side was lifting up ?!! my left side was lifting up i thought i was going to flip!! and not even did they messed up my rim the car was still dirty after the car wash. when i confronted her about the whole situation she continues to ask me why do i need a refund and proceed to say i need to speak to my boss about it and come back outside with 7 dollars?!!! i still haven’t yet been able to get in contact with a manager or corporate. they don’t answer my calls …

I don’t always go to places based off reviews but I learned my lesson. This place wasn’t not even busy I got a mini detail. The first thing the lady asked me was to make sure I I give her a tip.
I don’t mind I usually do but it looks like my car just received a hand dry. Horrible experience. I should have drove the extra mile down 121 the car wash off Hebron is 1000 time better than this place. Never again.
