Product availability at this location has been been good; pretty much self service so it’s beneficial to know ahead of time what item you’re needing. Like numerous retail establishments, finding employees with product expertise is a challenge. Watching for the Deal of the Day can save on product cost when one’s budget is stretched thin.

The folks at this store were so helpful and friendly. We drove all the way from Houston to get a generator after Hurricane Beryl and they went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased a portable generator and needed to get it repaired. Drove the the Lewisville location and they wouldn't accept it. They stated that "they are busy" and the closest location accepting repairs is Grand Prairie (about 40 - 45 minutes away). Don't buy anything at Northern Tools. They won't support you after you give them your money.

Horrible experience! Sad when the Team lead in the store didn't want to help. I went online to order better experience. wasted gas and time never again for me in Lewisville.

People were generally helpful but store didn't always have what I wanted in stock. New store location is more convenient.

This store is awful. Their tools are trash. I paid $319 for a power washer, $80 for an accidental damage warranty. Then followed their instructions to run the power washer. Within seconds of turning it on it was spewing liquid out of the carburetor.. when I went back to the store the refused to refund my purchase or accept the warranty I paid for not 2 hours prior. These people are thieves and the tools are not worth the time or cost. Just go to Home Depot. You always get what you pay for and northern tool is the lowest of the low.. you have lost my business for good.
