I reached this insurance agency on July to explore alternatives to my previous insurance. Karla Cortez handled my case from the start. While I speak fluent English is always nice to deal to deal in Spanish to ensure all special needs are handle.Karla handled my case along almost a week while we get sure all coverages match my needs and previous insurance and we got a competitive rate that end saving me around 40% of my previous insurance.I personally recommend this agency in general and the work of Karla in particular. Looking forward for a long term relationship.

I just have to say I was having a debacle with my current insurance company . And a friend had suggested I call State Farm so I did … I was greeted by CYMBRE she handled my case from the beginning to end and helped me save nearly 50% on what I was paying . She was extremely understanding and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother ride to a solution for the issues I previously had ! Thank you Cymbre you were a life saver . Call her and I promise there will be no regrets . Extremely thourough and extremely genuine . Was paying nearly 700$ for 3 cars on full coverage and she got me down to 370$ !!!! No doubt best experience I’ve had with an insurance agent thus far !

The team here was as stellar as they are physically magnetic. Everything was broken down beat-by-beat for me in, honestly, the most soothing voices I’ve heard since childhood. At no point did I feel backed into the corner, even though sometimes I am more comfortable there. It wasn’t the right time for me to switch, but to this day I still pick up the phone and slam it back down in a rush of shame, waiting until I can hear the sultry voices of the team at Fincham talking rates. Karla has been SO thorough through the hundreds of questions and freak outs I've had! Historically I'm not the best driver so to find coverage at a decent price with all the bells and whistles had been an opportunity until Karla broke down every detail and found a way that was really fair. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the most important things I look for when shopping for Insurance is how the Customer Service Experience goes. I utilized a 3rd party company to shop for a less expensive rate and then I was connected to Nick Fincham’s State Farm location! My initial conversation with Mitch was great and at the end of my discussion I decided to make State Farm my insurance company! I had to make a follow up call on yesterday and spoke with Karla and I tell you, she went over and beyond to ensure I had a complete understanding of my policy! Customer service is a huge factor when deciding who to give my business to and I’m glad I was connected to this State Farm location! If you are looking to make a change in who your Insurance Agent is for Auto or Home, you may want to consider contacting Nick Fincham’s location! I did and I’m so happy

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I can say this with honesty. They will take care of you and go above and beyond to explain your quotes and benefits. I don't follow and insurance company. I follow the agent. If nick and cymbrie went to another company. I'd be signing up next day. Go see them. You won't regret it. They took care of me when we had our flood. Unfortunate yet. The process was easy and straight forward once the claim was processed. Thanks guys for being top notch. You set the standard to what Customer service is.
