We have been going to this location for more than a decade now. Our experience today was awesome. Even though the store had officially closed when we were checking out - we were provided was amazing customer service. Emma was super sweet, friendly, and patient as we finalized our final order at checkout. Clean location, always stocked, great deals, and amazing customer service. Always s recommend!

I just found out Michael's has fabric today. The cutter told me they have fabric in store for at 1 year now. Hooray! Joann and hobby lobby got competition! That mean good for customers.

Don't do a curbside here. We had to call three times, wait 30 minutes, and still go inside the store to get the CURBSIDE order anyways....

I came at 8:30 PM to pick up an item to complete a project, and a staffer was helpful but now I'm spending the last 20 minutes waiting to checkout - only one register open and apparently it's complicated, NOT GOOD.

Poor customer service, little did I know ordering online for pickup would be twice as long and harder than just waiting in line for one out of the 6 registers open. Natalie was super rude and had horrible customer service skills and brushed my order as if it was not important . Su on the other hand was amazing- she went out of her way to help me in every way possible!

Jessica in the framing department is the only person who knows anything. Everyone else seems new and completely clueless. If you come here in the weekend, be ready to wait a while. They only have one person at the counter even though a lot of people with complicated requests seem to stop by in the weekends. Also, very very slow service. Just come with a lot of time in hand!!

Every time I shop here there is one cashier and a minimum of 6 people in line. I thought the previous two times were flukes but apparently this is the normal. Horrible management.

Horrible customer service. I called in advance to see if I can put a Christmas tree on hold and they said I could for 24 hours. I was able to carve time out to go and put it on hold. When I went to pay for it the next day, it was gone. The cashier said that they don't put seasonal items on hold. When asked to speak to a manager it took so long to the point where I went to get the tree and some other holiday décor and she was still not there. I got in the line to check out and she finally comes and closes the register and pretends like she cant see me and asks the cashier if she needed to talk to me and she informs her that I am the one that needed to speak to her. When I informed her of the situation so she can inform all of the employees with the same information she just looks at me and says "yeah well we don't do that here." and walks away. I asked if someone is available to check me out since I was waiting in line for a long time she said "well we are trying to leave for the day but I guess we can open it back up for the line" mind you it was 4pm on a Monday... The cashier was very sweet and apologized for the experience while the manager Ashley looked as if she did not want to be there. I have never been treated like that at any store. I don't recommend coming to this location but, if you do, stay away from Ashley with pink hair...

I took a football jersey in to be framed for my husband. I had no idea what I really wanted. Rachel, the framer, was a HUGE help. She helped me design and choose background and pick out the perfect frame to compliment the jersey. My husband was in shock and awe at how perfect the framing was done. I will definitely go back to Michael's for any future framing and ask for Rachel!

Terrible customer service. I came here to ask about getting some art framed. The person I spoke to in the framing department was this girl with glasses named Rachel. All she did was give me YES or NO answers and was zero help. It was like I was talking to a robot. In fact, it was like I was talking to myself since I had to answer all my own questions. A robot would have at least given proper answers. If you decide to get something framed here, avoid Rachel at all costs; she's awful.

I come to this michaels often as I make custom tees and like to grab tshirts from here or there 10/$10 vinyl sale. And I normally can find what I need sometimes they don't have a variety or colors and sizes and it can be frustrating. But the thing that bugs me the most is that I always want to make an in and out trip knowing exactly what I want and I cannot because the lines are always so long. I wish they'd have more cashiers in the front. Other than that very clean and organized and friendly staff.

Love Michaels. BUT...this location has an issue with cashiers. They always have long lines of people waiting to cash out. BEEF CASHIERS UP ON WEEKENDS!!

You need more checkers or 2 self checkout lanes- EVERY time I go here the wait is beyond concern for a few little items. Checkout takes way too long...get with the times Michaels...6 people in line and 2 checkers moving VERY slow.

We went in looking for hooks to hang crafts. After wandering the store for 15 minutes and finding nothing, including no one to help us, I stood in line at the cash registers to wait for a cashier to become available. I asked if anyone was out on the floor to help customers. After 3 over the walkie pages to "customer experience" (nice Orwellian name) someone finally showed up. I explained what I was looking for and they said they didn't carry that product. No problem, I said, but when I asked why they had no one on the floor to help customers, I was met with a blank stare at first, then an excuse about how they are understaffed and how she had to come off of her break to help us, and with a bit of attitude to boot. Needless to say we won't be going back. We can buy our crafting supplies just as easily online.
