Place is awful. Bought a phone a few months ago. It doesn't work. when the guy will not replace it everytime I'm going with this salesman he's a jerk. Doesn't try to help at all. Always trying to up sell. Don't come here

Shady people! I saw that I could order a new line of service online with the promotion making the phone free simply paying for the $40 new plan up front…the phone in-store is advertised as this also, I’ll get the phone free since I’m a new customer starting a new account! But the 2 shady guys working said “no that’s wrong it’s gonna cost you around $230-$240 as a new customer getting a new plan.” Um NO! It reads online that this promotion is HONORED in-store & online but nope he wouldn’t help me at all! So I went to the Metro store on Round Grove they tried to pull the SAME scam on me! And the phone in store is ALSO advertised as FREE with no upfront cost but to pay for the plan I chose! I simply wanted the phone today is why I even went in…but since BOTH stores employ dishonest people trying to “pull one over on me” I’m now forced to wait until my new phone ships and I’ll get it Monday. AND I ONLY paid $40 total online for a new service plan with the promotion the phone was FREE! Exact same phone and everything! This is so wrong to do to people!! Unbelievable! I’ll never step foot in a Metro store again!

Never come to this store. They WILL try to take you for every penny. You will have to fight and argue, just to use YOUR INSURANCE. Sad and i will be talking to the BBB.

I was looking to switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile after paying off my IPhone XR and was interested in switching back over to an Android phone. I noticed that Metro PCS had recently became part of T-Mobile service. I walked into this store and was greeted by Mr. Ross and he gave me a a rundown of the brand and line of prepaid phones and service plans that were available to me. He recommended the Samsung Galaxy A11 phone since I was looking for style as well as high quality camera resolution. I instantly liked the phone . Ross also found a phone case and cover that perfectly match my new phone and recommended a hard glass screen protector . I selected the $60/month non-contract prepaid service plan which include unlimited data, call and msg as well as 15gb of mobile Hotspot. It only took about 15 min from the time I visited this store and walked out with my brand new phone which was activated and ready to go . I'm enjoying my phone and T-Mobile service and it sure feels good to be paying a budget-friendly $60 plan for high-end service rather then the $130 a month I was paying with AT&T. I encourage anyone to please visit this store today and the near future if you need a new phone fast . Ross will def take care of you and have you back online and connected within minutes . The store is spotless. The customer service is the best. Ross was very knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. He did everything he could to help get my new phone set up and answer all my questions. He was able to take care of all 3 customers in his store without making anyone feel neglected and did it all in a timely manner. He's great.
