Such a bad experience there! I went in to check about my mom's phone that I just bought from MetroPCS. She is not receiving some text messages from other carriers. The lady and staff that were there were extremely rude and unhelpful. She basically said she's not sure and she cannot help me. Basically rushing me out the door and the other five staff members were just standing there looking like I was stupid.
Search horrible customer service! I have always loved Metro PCS but will not go to this one anymore. Oh, plus metro pcs customer service says to visit a store if can't receive texts!!
