“You can buy Quality Clothes, shoes, men, women, childrens clothes. Baby clothes are very expensive... I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.
Believe me, it will save you money!!”
“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”
“I love shopping here and I've had a great experience selling items as well. I think I've figured out better the specific name brands they like. For people like me who need to downsize their clothing selections or just have a closet full of good clothing items that they just don't wear, this is a good option to have. I'm extremely bad about returning things I've ordered or bought so store like this are great for people like me. Very friendly staff. Always nice and courteous

“Was needing a suit for a wedding in a week. I had been to 3-4 different stores over the last few days til I found this one. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Barclay. I told him what I was looking for and within 15 mins had presented several options in my size and various styling/color options. Next time I’m needing a new suit I will be back here first and ask for Barclay”
“Just had a delightful experience trying on and buying a suit but I went to pick up a suit rental for a wedding and I walked out excitedly with a new suit for my wardrobe.
That front door situation needs to be fixed. It looks closed down from the outside with no clear sign that the store was open and it almost looked shutdown.”

“So far so good. Awaiting alterations on items. There is a good variety of suits and casual clothing for men. They also have shoes for men and women and children. Tons of options for kids in formal attire. Was surprised to see that there is an entire section for women- they have casual clothes, wedding and formal attire, purses, accessories etc. Most employees were pretty friendly and helpful. Jessica always checked to make sure we could find what we could. Store is big and large signs make it easy to find what you’re looking for. Women’s bathroom was squeaky clean but the men’s was dirty and smelled strongly of urine. Needed a cleanup. The store in general needed a little TLC . Due to recent storms there was debris all over parking lot. However it’s been over a week and still nothing picked up. There was trash (not storm debris) in the large planters in front of the store- almost didn’t go in because of how bad it looked. Overall impression: good option for formalwear that is reasonably priced. Don’t expect a high end store. Need to up their cleaning game.”
