The most disrespectful employees I’ve ever met. I ordered online and it messed up my order, I tried to explain to the manager that the app got messed up but he kept on interrupting me every time I spoke. I calmly told him that it was an accident on my app but he raised his voice at me and told me that it’s not his problem. I was really shocked about how I was treated. It wasn’t worth the effort to ask for a replacement if all I was going to get was someone screaming in my face. I hope the manager can learn from this experience and grow as a person.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They got my order wrong and had the worst attitude about fixing it. This place also gives burnt and dry burgers with fries that have no salt on them. I highly suggest going somewhere else that can actually treat you like a paying customer.

I am so sick and tired of sometimes good most time bad food. I’m sick and tired of getting old meat that’s sat out plopped on a bun cheese doesn’t even melt on the burger and you can tell IT’S OLD FOOD BARELY WARM!!!!!

Horrible service, manager argued with me because I asked for one extra sauce 12 minTonight I placed an online order thinking it couldn’t be messed up WRONG.I was shorted food, fries and two strawberry cream pies tried to call the restaurant no answer well if I drive up there by the time I get back home my food will be cold so no I shouldn’t have to drive back up there.I’m going to have to start driving out of my way to the new McDonald on Josey and 544 and see how their service is and hope I get all my order

Don't know how it is inside I do curbside, I love the fries but sometimes they can be hit or miss and I have to take them back inside to get fresh hot ones, and one time (as I'm watching this whole transaction out of my side mirror )the employee took my order to a vehicle that wasn't even parked in a curbside spot at all and handed the food and drink to this person then the person realized that wasn't their order at all so the employee brought the food to my vehicle as if I was gonna eat it after all that! Stupid is as stupid does.

This was the first time visiting this location. The person I encountered was very friendly which was nice since at other locations, the workers aren't as happy or friendly. I feel like that says a lot about the work environment!As far as food & service, it was great! I placed the breakfast order on my app right as we were parking. I walked inside and she had my order ready to go! The food was fresh & the order was correct. Definitely will use this location again when we are in the area!pro tip: use the app!! It saves so much time PLUS there are always great deals offered. Don't pay more for no reason!

They got the order wrong, in spite of me explaining it to them in BOTH English and Spanish!Then the manager gets an attitude as soon as she sees me come in... This is just one of several establishments where I have to speak in Spanish because they don't speak English, I should get a discount in these places since they're making $15+ an hour....Way more than a Private in the military risking his/her life for his/ her country!!! I had to order take out because of the 30:06 sign posted...I didn't see the sign before going thru the drive thru had I seen it I wouldn't have given them my business.... Just like thousands of "LEGAL" RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERS they too don't do business with those types of establishments...

A reoccurring mishap that I’ve experienced almost every single time I’ve ordered from, not just this McDonald’s in particular, but every McDonald’s within the northern Texas apparatus, is that, even with precise instructions and constant reminders, nobody seems to like giving out the honey packets they supposedly offer. Countless times have I written specific instructions on my order to the cook and the delivery person that I, in fact, do NOR want honey mustard, but HONEY. Just HONEY. No mustard involved. Yet, even if I was holding them at gunpoint telling them to put honey in the bag, they still give me these God forsaken honey mustard packets. I’m not sure the severity of the situation from another individual’s perspective, however this is something I’m willing to sacrifice my image and reputation as a professional and instead go full-blown Karen mode and write a fully fledged, well-written Google review to display my anger and frustration towards Texas’s local McDonalds lack of honey. (First image.)EDIT: Round two. I’m beginning to suspect that my displacement of honey with honey mustard is on purpose, and these freaks behind the counter have recognized my address and order. I am sick of this. Also, not a complaint, but I asked for extra salt on my fries and they put a sausage sticker on it. Lol. (Second and third images.)
