Being my usual self, I hit a fence pole while backing into my driveway. I immediately started looking online for body shops to help with the huge dent. I went to 2 different places, but ultimately decided on Magic Touch because I felt like Roger was trying to take care of me and not charge a ridiculous amount to fix the issue. Definitely recommend Magic Touch for any issues you may have! Everybody was super friendly!!

Very thankful I found this shop! Roger helped me during this process. Not only was he transparent during the quoting process, but once my car was dropped off for work, he kept me updated through the entire process. My car now looks brand new! I would definitely check them out for any of your auto body needs!

The insurance company who was paying for the damage to my car didn’t have a preferred body shop so I got to pick my own. I went to a few places around mill street to get estimates and ultimately went with magic touch. I have 2 small children and Roger reminded me that insurance will replace car seats that have been in an accident and was very thorough walking me through the estimate and even brought it to the Subaru dealer to get calibrated before returning it to me. I had some issues with the insurance company and Roger was more than helpful helping me deal with them. Hands down a truly great experience. My car came back looking better than before the accident. Hopefully I won’t have to need work done on my car again but I will recommend anybody to this shop!

My wife scraped her Porsche SUV pulling into our garage. She went and got an estimate before I got home from another shop in Frisco. She was given a quote of $1125 to refinish, no dent or body damage. I thought I could buff it out but did not want to damage the sheen on the clear coat. 7 years ago Magic Touch did a great job on our son car. We drove over to Lewisville at noon. We were greeted by the female at the front desk , she gave me an intake form 1 minute to fill out and then Roger came over and said let’s take a look. We walk out side parked right in front he looks at. Said I will be right back. Came back with a solution wiped it all off, no charge. Took 2 min at most. Very thankful that honest and kind people still exist in this world. That you so much Roger ! Mike and Karla

Amazing pricing, people, and work. Had a panel installed on my Subaru Ascent and they were fast and communicative and the panel looks perfect. On top of that, after installing the panel, they washed my car and did some basic detailing on the inside, which was unexpected but more than appreciated. Any body work needs I have in the future, they will be my first call and my first recommendation to others.

OLD REVIEW: Went here to get my car repaired due to another shop causing damage. Magic Touch fixed the problem but caused damage else where. I came up there, showed them, they stated that it needed to be buffed, which they did. However, two months later, it was still damaged due to it actually being scratched. Now, I didn’t notice it because I have two cars and wasn’t aware until two months later.
Plus, when they painted my bumper, they left paint specs on all four windows of my car which I had to scraped off myself.
Finally, they left paint on my window seals and are white as snow. I caution everyone to really pay attention to their cars. Now it’s my ignorance for not noticing because I switched cars. I will not use them again.
UPDATE: I’ve been meaning to do this but life got in the way (9/22/24). Magic Touch was so generous that they went out of their way and fixed everything that I stated above and beyond. I am very thankful they took responsibility for their actions and corrected the problem. My car looks like it did before everything transpired. Thank you Magic Touch!

This place was amazing. I was recommended this by a mechanic at a dealership. Magic Touch kept me up-to-date on the repair the whole time, even if something wasn't quite going as planned (which I was very grateful for, and a lot of places probably wouldn't have the courtesy to do). I would definitely recommend this place!

When this company won the best in Denton county, because they are indeed the best. I am perfectionist and I do not get tired to look in the entire DFW for the best. The magic touch is the very best and Roger’s is a rock star in his job! Perfection.

I have used this company twice now. Once for a keyed car and the second time a complete re-do on my car because of hail damage. They had to replace everything. They did a superb job.
