Lowes knows pros but Lowes doesn't know pro hours. Most departments have no one working until 10am. Most pros are deep into their projects well before. If the store opens at 6am then the departments should be staffed at 6am. It's ridiculous but all their locations have these stupid hours. At least Home Depot still understands their customers needs. And while I'm on this soapbox, why aren't these stores set up where you can actually find what you need? Each one is different with some having the plumbing department in the far back corner away from everything else you need. Uniformity helps your paying customers more than you think.

I had to return some items which I bought using Lowe’s gift card. When I returned that item they gave me the store credit and keep telling its same. Though it’s not same as I can’t buy items online using store credit. Manager was also not helpful. Really frustrating

Dear Mr. Marvin Ellison,
On May 23, 2024, I walked into Lowe’s in Lewisville, TX off Stemmons Fwy (Store 551) and purchased 5081754 12x24 IN GIOS Graphite MA 622 @ $1.30 a piece. The store advised that the delivery would take place on Monday, May 27th, which was also reflected on my receipt. I was surprised when I called at 10:17 AM CT, Monday, May 27th, when I was advised that the “product didn’t make it on the truck.” AND the product was now set for delivery for today, Tuesday, May 28th between 8 - 10 AM. The person on the phone assured me it would be delivered, to which I advised, that I need to know if there are any delays.
Expecting that a business of your magnitude would follow through with their promise and deliver on an order, I did not reschedule my labor for installation this afternoon, which gave a generous amount of time for delays. Imagine my shock when I called at 3:13 PM CT to find out that the delivery was changed to Friday, May 31st. I did not receive a single notification that the delivery was delayed; not an email, phone call, or text message. So here I am looking like the business that has poor planning, poor oversight, and fails on my promises because of your company.
The agent also advised that not only did the product not deliver, the product wasn’t in stock to begin with, which I was not advised of at the time of purchase when it was promised for delivery on Monday, May 27th; nor in my subsequent phone call to your customer support on Monday at 10:17 AM CT. To add to that, I now have to pay labor for arriving at the job site with out product to install, because your company FAILED TO DELIVER AND FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF A DELIVERY DELAY. I asked for a supervisor, and the agent was very empathetic and got me to a supervisor/“escalation line”. The supervisor was very dismissive from the beginning of our transaction, un-empathetic, spoke over me, and offered nothing to make the situation right. She didn’t offer to find the product locally, even if I needed to pick it up at multiple stores. She didn’t offer any resolution. She said it would be delivered Friday, May 31st, and someone would contact me if it was delayed. At this point, how am I to believe it will be delivered Friday when she still indicated that the store doesn’t have the stock?? OR believe that someone will contact me if ANOTHER delay occurs, when I wasn’t contacted the first two times the deliver was delayed?? This is extremely unacceptable business practice, and I would like you to be aware of how poorly this transaction was handled.

One of the best locations in this area. Usually has a huge amount on clearance. Store is always clean, employees are nice. They even give away free waters sometimes.

We were buying a lawn mower and were having difficulty deciding on a brand and model until Sheryl came over and she was exceptionally helpful! She walked us through all of our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about the mower! We really appreciated her help and she stuck with us the whole time making sure we got exactly what we were looking for?

Great staff. They were friendly and helpful to help us locate what we needed. As we were rolling our cart that had a pretty good amount of bags of heavy gravel, an associate in the garden center who was already busy cleaning up asked if we needed help loading it into our vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations for service, and I would recommend going here to anyone.
