They closed my recall and now toyota is refusing to repair damage due to a faulty bumper clip. This dealership said there's nothing to fix but others have stated they could and HAVE gotten similar and worse damage repaired from the bumbers falling while driving.

Had to wait a while for Alex to look at the problem. Argued telling me what i should not be doing. Very frustrating. Left truck overnight. Came next day. The problem in my view was the customer care guy assigned to me. I know they r busy however when i asked him to check the bill he told me he would he was interrupted by another customer he did not return once he finished. Went on to get my truck. The cashier in seeing my frustration explained what she could. When he brought the truck i let him do his thing and left. Why bother asking him questions - he would only ignore me. i was not going to come back i would rather go else where

Juan was very helpful! He was the first representative to inform me that I was getting my oil coated too frequently. I appreciated that immensely! He suggested another service which I agreed to because it was needed. The service didn’t take long at all. The only feedback I’d give this location is to fix your WiFi so customers can get work done on their laptops while waiting.

My Experience with your Sales was with a very nice person -Pricilla - and Finance Oscar and with the Overall Manager was unusually Comfortable! Everyone was so nice and helpful!
My GRANDDAUGHTER was thrilled and Raved about the RAV I purchased thanks to Pricilla’s direction. Really appreciate that she even offered to and then actually delivered the car to me - ?
She even called me a few days later to see if my granddaughter liked the car!
