This is the best and least expensive place in Lewisville/Flower Mound/Highland Village to rent a storage place. It's clean, and the staff is really helpful. They also have a free trailer if you need it to move in or out or anytime in between. Just make sure you call ahead to reserve the trailer.

If i could give negative stars I would. Where should I start.. with the woman spitting on me? I guess i'll start with me calling from 5pm-6pm on a Thursday just to try and get an answer about the hours on their gate. Ignored every call. Okay, so I show up to the company, open the gate looking for my incarcerated friend's locker so I can retrieve his things. I have his keys, full name, and even a label with this company's name on it! I'm greeted by a wonderful woman telling me that I'm trespassing at 7pm... I try to explain my situation and I get further screaming and threat to call authorities for asking simple questions. I leave to avoid any further altercation. I call the family of the friend to see where his storage is location wise, return to the storage unit, and find a man and that woman are watching. I approach, asking if there's a problem, and while the man remained calm and explained to me that i was unable to retrieve my friends items without my friend, the woman proceeds to come as close to her face as she can and SPITS ON ME and calls the police on me for trespassing. I again, left the scene, although I HIGHLY regret not calling the police on her assaulting me. If this is the type of service youre looking for I'd highly reccomend it, otherwise there's MANY storage units in the area that have much better tempers. :)

I have been doing business here with these guys for about a week, and from what I understand, it is family owned and operated. I ended up renting a unit that didn't exactly conform to the standard size chart, and Linda gave me a discount for it. Linda told me that they have a bug guy come out every Friday in case you're having any pest problems, and that they are also about to do a mass repainting. These are great people to work with, and your stuff is always safe with their guard dog on duty! BETTER AND NICER THAN MCGEE
