I just bought a 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's the 2nd Cooper my family has bought from Lone Star Auto. They make it really easy to test drive their vehicles and once I decided, I got the documents to take to the credit union I was working with for financing. Once it all went thru, they made it very easy to sign paperwork and drive off with my car. The car was great and very fairly priced.

No hassle, no sales stalker. Loved this dealership. Drove over an hour and half to get there, they let us look at what we came to look at, politely provided Carfax, details and info when we asked. Very straightforward. Some may think they are indifferent to the client but we liked that. They let us be the lead. They took a deposit and held the car for us until we could get back 8 days later. We called to let them know we were on the way to pick up the vehicle and they had the paperwork ready. Signed, sealed and delivered in about 10 minutes. Best and easiest car deal I have ever done. Would absolutely buy again from them if in the market for a cash car and they had what I wanted.

What a great place to buy a car! I felt like I was buying it from my neighbor. These guys were so friendly and so helpful and I was able to purchase a really cute little car at a great price and they even took care of some of the little picky things that I wanted fixed right then and there. It was a great experience probably the best one I’ve ever had on a car lot.

If I could, I would give zero stars. No person entering a dealership should be subjected to this. Regardless of whether a person has money, appears to have money, or talks like they have money, it is inexcusable for the employees at this establishment to profile potential clients. It is disheartening to see that if the employees at this establishment deem you to not have money, you will not be treated like a valued costumer.

Angel with Lone Star was great. I am more than happy with the Mercedes I purchased from Lone Star Auto. It was a smooth transaction, they weren’t pushy at all, and they let me take all the time I needed to make sure I was purchasing the right vehicle for me. I highly recommend.
