Was sent there to have an MRI with contrast and the technician first said (After I am in the machine) that she can't get my vein in my hand to administer the contrast then said I got it. Then at a different facility I had to have contrast again and OH my gosh it hurt! Life Sciences said their tech may have used a butterfly but there was no notes as such. But they can't ask the Tech because she was relieved from her job. Saying this I will not use life sciences again.

I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.

My wife went to Life Sciences Imaging yesterday for her annual MRI's, during the process, she developed a severe migraine. No one at Life Sciences nor Dr. Cantrell's office offered to help. My wife was incapacitated by the migraine, her MS flaring up to the point she could not walk. She was mocked by the Life Sciences Imaging staff and ignored. Regardless of the facility, it is the responsibility to help a patient in distress. The Hippocratic Oath taken by all medical professionals was completely ignored yesterday. To leave my wife in a waiting room alone, in severe pain, dismissed, and mocked is beyond lack of human decency. We shall begin looking for another neurologist and infusion center after yesterday. I have noticed in the 9 years with my wife that the proffesionalism has declined severely. Do your research prior to going to Dr. Cantrell and Life Sciences Imagaing.

This place is awesome. They were fast friendly and affordable. Touchstone wanted to charge almost six times the amount for the same procedure.

I have had MRIs at different facilities before. By far this was the best experience!! Ken offered earphones with my choice of music AND would give me a heads-up as to when each different noise was coming. Jessica is very efficient, was patient with me and didn’t make me feel dumb?when missed finishing filling out a form. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Outstanding service from the staff from the first call to ask questions and schedule to leaving after service. They answered all my questions and dealt with my inexperience at imaging processes and procedures.

Scheduling was very prompt and responsive. First time getting an MRI and the experience was different but they made it as comfortable as possible.
