Zero star honestly… this was my first time here and just needed a polish change and shape up. As seen in pictures my pinky toes are 2 different shapes and lengths. My big toe wasn’t filled. It was rushed and left a line where I needed the toe filled and dark spots on the toe nail. The left big toe is slanted not straight. Just awful and wasn’t even worth them asking for it to be fixed because she obviously was rushing. Also instead of using a nail dryer to quickly dry the nail polish she sat a fan in front of me to dry the nails which took forever.

Wonderful people who have been in the area for over 19 years. If you are looking for good prices, good work, and an old school nail shop vibe. This is it… a lot of older crowds here which I enjoy cause I know everyone is going to be kind.
Only thing I suggest is not coming here if your coming for something out of the ordinary rather a nice basic nail experience :)

I came here today to get French Dip nails, I absolutely love them!! The lady that I had did an amazing job!! This is the only Nail spa I trust. I’ve been going here for a few years. But I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while. But let me tell you! She was so patience and nice. I have bad allergies and I currently have a little cough. She was so polite and gave me water and a cough drop. I love the environment, and how polite everyone is. Thank you for always the best experience!! I will definitely be back in a few weeks before my Oklahoma trip!!

I attached a picture of what I asked for and how they came out.
I showed the lady three designs and asked which ones they could do, and I picked one of the two that was possible. She called in a gentleman to do them, and while I appreciate that he stayed later to complete them, the design was just sloppy and not what I wanted at all. The man also chastised me after he was done, saying I shouldn’t pick such a difficult design next time.
I’m not the type to go back and ask for refunds, but I asked my friends and family and they agreed that I should go back. The man was rude and told me to “stop talking” several times when I tried to explain myself. He said how it was unfair for him, but I told him that the lady should’ve told me in the first place if the design was not possible instead of lying to me. It’s not fair that I have to spend $70 for something I’m not satisfied with either, it would’ve saved both of us our time and effort. I don’t usually get my nails done, so this was meant as a way to treat myself. The customer service was appalling.
I had high hopes as the reviews were good, but next time please be honest on what designs/shapes are within the techs’ skill range.

This nail salon was so amazing they are the sweetest people it was myself and two daughters all getting our nails done and Tom was so sweet I would definitely come again

My cuticles are horrible. I asked to have my cuticles cleaned up. They look amazing. She did a great job. My wife gets her eyebrows done here and she loves the Spa also. Prices are amazing. Do not forget to tip :-)
