I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing selection of vehicles available at Lewisville Autoplex Mitsubishi. The wide range of options made it easy for me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Additionally, I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service provided by Jose and the friendly staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly remarkable. I will definitely be recommending Lewisville Autoplex Mitsubishi to my friends and family.On a side note, it would be great to have the option of a little kids play area to keep them entertained while at the dealership. This would be a thoughtful addition that could enhance the overall experience for families visiting with children. Thank you for your attention to these details!

I love this dealership!! It's finding good hospitality in DFW. I was running late for an appointment, which was my own fault, and the dealership gave my oil change to me free of charge so I could leave quickly. Not to mention they always include free detailing. Give the good people at Mitsubishi Lewisville your business!

Poor service, poor communication (actually they never called me, unless it was calling me back when I called to check on it every few days), poor timeline, and the multipoint inspection (if it even happened) recommended changing the oil (which was part of the service it was in there for) and a new cabin air filter (which was less than two weeks old, hinting that it was not actually checked.)Response to owner: I received a call the day after I posted my review but couldn't take it. I called back later, either the same day or next, and left my info for a call-back but no one ever called.

I bought two cars from this dealership, and both were also serviced at this location; I was a fan! But, unfortunately, I am not any more; the service department has lied to me multiple times for weeks by stating that they would return a phone call after a part was ordered and delivered.After never receiving a phone and after the technician on site was rude, I was forced to go to another Mitsubishi dealership, which repaired my vehicle and did not need the part to do so! I am very disappointed and this is the end of the relationship.

I've gotten transmission fluid changed here and oil changes and they're always fast and courteous even when busy. They even washed/rinsed my dirty car haha. Always a nice touch. Will be back forsure.

I am stunned to see any positive reviews. I gave one star since none was not an option. We bought a new car from this dealership on January 6, 2023. The car was delivered with a Texas temporary license plate that was set to expire on March 6, 2023, giving the dealership three months to secure the permanent license plates. By March 1, I was becoming concerned that I had no license plates and called the dealership. I was transferred to a voicemail that asked me to leave a message. Next day I called again with the same result. Next day I called for the salesman and, wouldn't you know it, I got transferred to the same extension, but I figured out that this was the dump extension and didn't bother with a message. On Monday, March 6, I went to the dealership and the reception ladies, who were really nice, listened sympathetically, but told me that Denton County was REALLY slow about processing the license plate paperwork. One of them went off to talk with the "right person" and came back with a solemn promise that I would be emailed a new temporary card the next day. I'm still waiting. Finally got a call two days ago from the salesman that the license plates were available followed by another call today. I went to pick them up and was stunned to see that the application for title and license plates was initiated on MARCH 17, eleven days after the expiration of the temporary plate. The dealership was even assessed a $10.00 penalty for the delay in the title transfer. Of course, they got to keep the sales tax for an additional three months, maybe they have a cash flow problem? Don't blame the County when you have not even begun the process. DO NOT lie to a customer - ever. Fellows, you have a copy of the paperwork. Look it over if you doubt my statements. You will find precisely where the problem is and Denton County is not the location.

Lewisville Mitsubishi is great! After having terrible experiences with San Antonio Mission Mitsubishi, I’m happy to have found one that will care for your needs and not just the money. My oil changes are always the cheapest at Lewisville Mitsubishi. Even though I don’t like my car, Lewisville Mitsubishi has great customer service.

Chase was absolutely awesome as was the other team members in finance. I just wish I would have started at this dealership first instead of making it my 3rd stop. Great group of guys who are just upfront about everything, even if it's negative. Thank yall for the new car!
