I went to pick up a prescription and they are not accepting FSA or HSA as payment at this time. I drove over an hour it would have been nice to been told that when I called the day before over the phone to discuss my prescription. I’m just so disappointed

I do not write many reviews but today I had to thank and express how impressed I was with the staff and quality of service at Luxe Med Compounding Pharmacy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff was knowledgeable and answer all my questions, providing comprehensive explanations. I can go on and about the exceptional customer service. Even though they were busy, the team made sure to They were patient and empathetic, which made my experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended - thank me later.

The telephone support is terrible. I called the main number. Recording said I was 8th in line. Got down to 3rd in line (after 30 minutes on hold) and someone hung up on me. I called again 5 minutes later. Recording again said I was 8th in line. Got down to to where recording said I was next in line (after another 30 minutes on hold). Then someone hung up on me again.

CeCe is the BEST! She took the time to explain to me how the refill process works in regards to the payments. She was knowledgeable and spoke with a calm voice. Despite her being very busy, she was very professional and kind. Thank you ?
