Great experience. John (the sales manager) and Frank (the salesman) made this so easy. We bought my wife's last Outlander from here 5 years ago, so called and John sent me a text with price for the vehicle we "thought" we would get. Went in next morning and actually bought a different Outlander and he was able to accommodate all our needs. This was not the first dealership we tried as much farther for us, but was by far the best! I'm still waiting for a price from the competitor we went to first? Couldn't be happier with Lewisville Autoplex! Thanks so Much.

Don’t buy a vehicle here. They will act like they care about you and will take care of you after you drive off the lot, but as soon as you buy that car, no response. All promises made before signing won’t be kept and responses to your texts will be at a bare minimum. Went 6 times to get a tow hitch cover because I was told it was ready, each time. Each time there was something wrong with it and even now it’s the wrong color compared to my car. Also found out after the fact that a lot of the cars here are used for Turo.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from Lewisville Autoplex. It's not often one can say that buying a new car is an enjoyable experience but this was. Our salesman was Richard Pugh and we couldn't have asked for better. He was very attentive and listened to everything we had to say and all without pressure to buy. In the end he found exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier with our new purchase.

Best experience from front to back. These guys will treat you as a VIP whether it’s your first purchase or your 10th. They make it fun and will do anything they can to get you in that car you deserve! For any is my go to guy in sales, but Tanner will get the deal sealed during any finance process! Scott builds the nicest trucks while the whole service department will get you taken care of quickly and conveniently. David is the general manager and he runs a tight ship! I will continue to shop here for each and every vehicle.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle here and its always a totally pain free experience. Jaime, my salesman went above and beyond... very professional and a pleasure to work with. Tanner, in finance, was equally great and made the money side of it stress free. I'll be back when I need another vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco from Lewisville autoplex. First of all, I have to say this was the best buying experience I have had. Geno, our salesman was super upfront and honest. Most of the deal was done over text and there were absolutely no surprises when we got there to sign the papers.

I had the pleasure of meeting David the GM and our sales professional was Gino Garbalena. Fantastic experience NO game planning. We bright in our trade they gave what KBB stars and we got a fair price on the Ford Bronco we purchase. Definitely will come to them for my next vehicle. Excellent experience. Well run organization.

Words can't describe the thankful gratitude I have for both Scott Earixson and Tucker Barnes for the way they handled my very long day at the dealership. I originally came in to see Scott about some issues I was having with my F250 aftermarket suspension based off a referral. Scott was so nice, laid back, honest, and genuine during the entire process. After fixing the F250 I mentioned possibly selling it and my GT500. Scott then turned me over to Tucker and we made the deal work with such ease and I left that evening with a new Raptor R. This place is like family, runs like family, and truly will become your family before you leave. Hands down the best car purchasing experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go see them and all the nice cars they have in stock, you will be glad you did. Both of these men are truly as asset to the dealership and a model for others to follow.

Seamless experience, I called on a Saturday morning about a car I found there that I wanted, within less than an hour they had a deal worked up for me and I was able to show up with a check and drive off in under 20 minutes. Everything was as stated, the team was helpful and friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Lewisville Autoplex!
