Dr. Bone & his staff are amazing. I recently switched from another vet I had used for many years to Lewisville Animal Hospital and I am so glad I did. They are honest, fair and you can tell they want what's best for your furbaby. I Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Bone and his staff! So glad I found them. Recon our Belgian Malinois did so well at his visit there. The staff are superb and knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Got me an appointment day of to help my dog. Very friendly staff and doc took care of us in 20 mins. Price was fine and didn't felt like I was overcharged at all. Bowser (my dog) is now feeling great and I'll definitely be back when needed.

I have been taking my dog Avery to Dr. Bone for 10+ years and I am 99% certain this office is the reason my baby is still healthy and kickin at 17 years young. Everyone here truly cares about your animals well-being and it shows. I have moved multiple times since seeing them and will travel as far as I need to to continue to see Dr. Bone and his staff.

I’ve taken all six of my dogs here for regular check ups, mind you working a small fortune. I paid for all 6 fecal testing to be done. We moved however shortly after and we’re not able to get the poop samples back to them. I tried to schedule an appointment for one of my small dogs today. They only had one appointment this week and nothing next week until Wednesday. I decided since this is the case each time I try to schedule and I’ve moved, we’ll find another veterinarian closer who can get me in sooner as well. I found a vet! I tried to call to Dr Bones to see if he could refund the fecal tests and straight from his mouth per the receptionist that once it’s paid for (walks out of the office), they won’t refund. I was astounded. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves. That is theft! True colors are shown when it comes to money. This guy may know a thing or two but he does not care truly if our animal gets care. He clearly just wants your money.In response to the owners remark,our family moved. We were hoping that you would do the right thing. I explained that to your staff. I’m sorry you feel like handing me 6 zip lock baggies was worth throwing your protocol around responding with passive aggression. I’ve read the other comments when you have a bad review. Specifically the one where you tell a customer she should have her dog euthanized and you stand by your comments. I’m great full this experience has shown the true colors of this place.

Dr.Bone and staff are the absolute best. Everyone is very friendly and empathetic. Super sad we moved out of state and will no longer be able to see them.

My first interaction with staff was calling to inquire about cremation services for my 13 year old best boy in the world. I was crying uncontrollably and the receptionist had the upmost respect and dignity that I could have only wished for. My boy was taken with gentle care and came back with the most beautiful urn and paw print.Looking forward to establishing a relationship with Dr. Bone as this positive experience made me immediately book next week appointments for my 2 other pups.

Dr Bone and staff are truly wonderful. It may take a little to warm up to Dr Bones personality, but he is so knowledgeable and truly cares about your babies. We started taking our 2 corgis since we moved to Lewisville and have had nothing but a great experience.

I've been to 4 different area vets and Dr. Bone is the best. Best prices, best bedside manner, fastest service. Won't force costly medicines and services on you that your pet doesn't need. I wish I had come here sooner!
