my visit on 9/3/24 to switch out my new glasses for a different frame, this young lady was very informative about other frames and how they would fit my particular prescription (progressive with tent); she was very friendly and didn't mind answering questions (location: Irving, Tx on McArthur)

The staff is really helpful. Walked in with my shades being bent and they fixed it pretty well and also checked for the sight of my daily spectacles. Staff is very approachable.

Crystal was fantastic!! She was able to put my lenses in a new pair a frames and had me on my way in 10 minutes! I walked in and she immediately helped me. And a beautiful store. Great experience.

I just want to recognize and give a special thank you to store manager Michael and Chriselda for taking care of me with your kindness.
I called the store to see if they can fix my sunglass lens which popped out of frame. These sunglasses are sentimental to me and have had them for 8 years.
Michael picked the phone was very kind, and arranged to have my glasses fixed quickly.
Chriselda was very kind too. Chriselda not just fixed my lens back into the frame, she also aligned my glasses back to better condition than I received it so it fits better on my face!
The best part was they did it free of charge and I am more than grateful! Thank you both for your help and kindness and making my day!

Do Not do business with them. Horrible customer service. I paid for glasses weeks ago and was never notified that they were ready to pick up.

I needed a nose peace for my glasses and as soon as i walked in i was attending quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were very friendly and didn’t even charge me for the nose peace’s. I will definitely be going back to this location for my eye glasses replacements
