Terrible customer service. I asked for a document was told it couldn’t be emailed I drove a hour over there to get it and was told I had to request it. Gee thanks for wasting my time.

I started to do my taxes with this amazing lady 5 years ago. We came to her because we went to a tax place that had messed up our tax return. She help us out and was able to fix what they had done.
