Walked in on a Saturday at 8 AM due to no appts available online. At first, the check in machine only gave me the option to make an appt for Monday, but the helpful staff at the desk said that was just an error and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Also smooth painless bloodwork

I have to do routine blood work every couple of months and this is my lab of choice. They're always super nice and good at what they do. I'm usually in and out pretty quick. If you're not tech savvy, labcorp will frustrate you. Check in at the kiosk and wait for them to call your name. Pretty simple.

The receptionist was completely rude. Each time I tried to approach her she told me, “Please go do X before I service you.” Or “Sir, you can sit down until they call your name” completely deflecting any and all questions when I tried to approach. As a receptionist sitting behind that glass your job is to help customers. Instead she decided to kiki with her coworker (her coworker was nicer than her). I felt disrespected like I was wrong for trying to speak with another human. Please do a behavior test when you employ. Maybe a “secret shopper” type of deal will work. Not sure but apparently this isn’t the first time.

Horrible and rude staff ! Don’t assume someone doesn’t speak English just because they are Mexican I found that extremely racist and when asking a question to write what u needed to tell me on ur phone in Spanish not even acknowledging me and say hello u would have know I speak English SMH NEVER AGAIN !! Google should have zero stars !

Ever since I moved back to DFW I have been coming here. People are professional, kind and caring.
Went in yesterday for a blood test knowing I hate needles I got the best possible lab tech. A hispanic lady that honeslty I asked her schedule so I could go back to her in a couple of months. You can't even tell your getting anything done. What an amazing hand!!

This company is super fast and super sweet. The lady who helped me was Erica Thomas and she was so nice and hilarious she made me feel so comfortable and I had never had a employment drug test done before and she walked me through everything.♥️

Came for blood to get drawn instead of the lady Tamekia serving me she kept tryna ask other coworkers what they doing. When she could’ve just serviced me.Like be professional at work her attitude is horrible. I come here a lot for job and clients. This place is a mess. You come in and there’s NO ONE to check you in. They keep the windows closed so you have no option. There’s a machine in the room but if you have any questions there’s nobody to answer. The room is small around 10 chairs. The hour is also another issue 8am-5pm so if you have to work expected to be late because is a very busy place.
