Went in for a NexGen manicure, the lady in the front told me to come back in an hour and a half. There was a lady getting a pedicure and one getting her nails done. Is two people the max allowed for service?

Rude staff, gossip about clients while smiling at you without realizing some of us are bilingual. They say walk-ins welcome, which is laughable because even appointments end up with a long wait. The space is so small and cramped up, feels like you're all in each other's face and no personal space. Avoid if you're claustrophobic, that size of the room should not hold that many people at once.

The BEST massage, $50 for an amazing pedi, massage, jelly, hot stone, just… I was able to fully relax and turn my mind off for a bit. Can’t wait to go back

Tina does waxes my eyebrows. She is the only person that touches my eyebrows. She’s the best. You always catch her singing and her laugh is contagious!! Everyone is so friendly, kind & welcoming. They always have a smile and ready to get to work on you. I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows. Thank you ladies for being the best!!!

Very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for a while. Called in before I came to make sure, they have time for me since I was on a sensitive time schedule. When I got there, one of the ladies started soaking my nails. Then a Caucasian couple came in to get their nails cut. My service was interrupted and I had to wait 20min until she finished that ladies nails, and nail technician wanted to go ahead and do the husbands nails now. When I told her that I can’t wait, that’s why I called before I came, she apologized and said, she just wants to go ahead and to their nails quick. I usually don’t mind waiting which I did many times, but that day I just wasn’t able to.Long story short, if you are a person of color, please be aware that a Caucasian customer will always get priority there. I heard that from a few neighbors of mine about that salon , but didn’t want to believe it until I experienced it myself. Shame on you LA Nail Salon how you treat your customers!

I love LA Nails because of it's great service and staff. The ladies have fun with conversation while grooming you. I paid $30 for a pedi which includes all the upkeep you'll expect to have pretty toes and feet. Hot compresses for your feet and legs before toe polish and a chair auto massage will calm you while you L A Nails pampers you.
