Love love looooove. My new favorite grocery store. Super clean. Great produce and wonderful selection of cheeses. Good specials on a budget. Comparable prices to Walmart on most items. (Not a fan of Walmart). Short lines at checkout and super friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get in and out in a timely manner.

Worst customer service ever. I don’t know where these positive reviews are from because it definitely isn’t the customer service. I don’t understand how people work in customer service and lack customer service skills. Yes I’m referring to the Castle Hills location on State Highway 121

Size and selection are typical of current larger Kroger locations - includes clothing, cleaning supplies, and clothing sections. Good selection, stock is kept fresh - this has become my go-to grocery location in The Colony.

2 years ago my review was 2 stars. I am so happy to give 5 stars today! This location has made a total turnaround. Three employees greeted me and check out was fully open throughout the store with friendly facing quick to help.

While your pricing and deals are ok, I don’t work for you and I don’t want to stand in line to have to check my self out in the end. Granted it was 9PM, but there were a considerable amount of people waiting. Please keep cashiers

It’s bad enough you have to check out your own groceries, but if you only have a couple of items you have to stand in the same line as people with a full cart. No express lane anymore. To add insult to injury, they have close to 20 scanners but only 6 are ever open at a time. I’ve never seen all the self checkout scanners open at the same time. Even on Thanksgiving Day.

Sarah in Meat Market is phenomenal. We stopped by our hometown Kroger to find they stopped making Fresh Shrimp snack trays. Sarah offered to make us one and even threw in an extra sauce!This is awesome customer service and I most definitely wanted to give her a shout out for going above and beyond!!! It sure made me happy ?

Decent shopping experience. The food is mostly organic and fresh! Great sales prices! There’s a good Starbucks here but they have limited sugar free options. The quality of the grapes and fruits are unbelievable. The customer service was beyond expectations.

Not ordering a cake from here ever again, we ask for a sheet cake in cowboys colors, asked if they could do a cowboys design which they said they don't do designs but they'll do their best. This store is always clean and organized. When I was at self-checkout I had problems and Josh the floor supervisor was able to resolve the issue even though it took a lot of extra work. He deserves a raise!

Store was pretty busy and only 2 lanes open and both had people with full charts, so I did self check out. I was trying to get the deal on soda and must not have seen the fine print because I didn't get the deal when I checked my receipt. Now I have to go up there and wait in line again. This is why I like the little Kroger better. It also doesn't take 2 years to get out of the pool parking lot.
