My rating is based on our experience with the sales associate, Leo. He is a true professional, and was so helpful in finding what we were looking for (we had been on the hunt for a while). He was patient, and helped choose multiple options. We ended up getting the suit we came for, a tie, and pocket square to complete the look. I can’t say enough about our experience with Leo! So grateful for him.

The staff at K&G were wonderful and very helpful. Krista is very knowledgeable about proper dress and taught us a lot of rules and tips. We will definitely be returning here for future suits.

So disappointed. I had to return a 2.5oz Polo Red perfume I bought from there 10days prior. It’s not the real thing, I’ve used same perfume many times from Macy’s, Nordstrom etc. So, simply because I discarded the pack, the lady with long hair at the checkout refused the return. Didn’t wanna request for the manager because I was in a hurry.

Me and my family use to go here all the time for our suits and clothing to be altered . Not sure what happened but this time around, they did a very poor job on hemming my son’s suit, string is all over the place. It looks rushed. Half put together. I am VERY disappointed in this work. I think I may need to find another store.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! EMERGENCY WEDDING TUXEDO
I was in DFW for my sister's wedding from out of town and forgot my tuxedo (I know). I had tried, unsuccessfully, several other avenues on the morning of the wedding to find a replacement, etc. It was now early afternoon and I needed a tuxedo in time for pre-wedding pictures in ~1 hour.
A competitor in the area that could not help me suggested I call K&G. I called K&G to explain the situation on my way to their store. Once I arrived, Christa began helping me immediately solve the problem I had created.
Christa was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and handled the situation with composure, a smile, and a few jokes regarding my dilemma (which I appreciated) - all with a sense of focused urgency without being frantic at all.
Due to her knowledge of the store and experience serving customers in the most exceptional way; Christa quickly showed me 4-5 tuxedo options and grabbed a white shirt (correct size) in a flash. Once we found a tuxedo match for the one I was supposed to wear; I followed Christa to the back of the store for alterations. The tailor marked where to hem my tuxedo pants and while he was sewing; Christa personally pressed my white shirt for me. 10 minutes later, I was wearing my new full tuxedo - a match to the one I should have brought all along.
Christa personally cut any hanging threads and lint rolled my jacket and pants. She then sent me on my way with a smile.
This whole process had taken -- no exaggeration -- 30 MINUTES. From the time I walked into the store with no tuxedo; to walking out fully dressed, shirt pressed, pants hemmed - was 30 MINUTES - all because of Christa.
Christa exemplified customer service at a time when I needed it most. She was solutions oriented and went over and above to solve my problem with attention to detail and a smile - THANK YOU CHRISTA!! She deserves a promotion and a raise; I cannot thank her enough, and will never forget this experience.
If anyone is looking for great customer service, great selections, at a reasonable price - you are at the right place.

All the staff were nice. Alan helped my boys find suits that fit. Katherine at the register was rude as hell. Bad attitude. One of the suit jackets didnt have a price tag and instead of calling the workers to go get another to Check the price, she stood there looking dumb faced and expected my kids to go get another one. My son did, she then failed to take the censor off my dress and the alarm went off as we tried to leave. She tried to say its a malfunction but I insisted she look. When she did, she found an alarm censor. After spending over $700.00, I just expected to be treated with value as a customer, instead we dealt with an entitled feeling cash register worker with a bad attitude.

Went in to buy a few new suits for work. Alan was phenomenal!! Spent time helping pick everything from suit options to shirts and ties. I hope the management team knows how great of an asset he is. Thanks Alan!!

The "manager" is extremely rude. I did the text 79999 and got $5 my purchase. Apparently today it was bugged and the manager couldn't help me out. So rude. My brother wanted the bottle and he couldn't get it. Never go here. They hate their customers, they don't care about little kids.

I wish I could give this branch a zero. You people need to educate and advise the “store manager on duty on 11/12/24”. She was extremely hostile and insulting. Moreso quoting policies and not analyzing the store policy logically to appease their customer. After I spent over $1400 worth of items. I got home and noticed the sold a stained item to me which was not tagged damaged, I returned this item for a swap not even minding the o pay extra. This lady store manager was soo unintelligently argumentative, insulting and spewed racist rhetoric statements. Then they also appeared to try to deceive us that we had collected all the items we paid for when we hadn’t. If not for our meticulous checks.. please avoid this store for your own good

My friend came to shop here for a work event and we just left. She was shopping for a suit and immediately the homophobia entered into play. She asked for help several times and no one would help. But they followed her from isle to isle to stare at her. She found a suit but the pants wouldn’t fit so she found the same brand of suit and switched the pants and went to pay. Then they flat out refused to sell to her. I’m going to be contacting corporate about this because it’s obvious your employees need some training. Homophobia is absolutely not acceptable especially if someone is coming to spend their money in your establishment!
