Horrible customer service, I don’t think the lady offers any thing for male clientele. After going in there two months in a row asking for cornrows and her telling me how my hair is too short, I had to sit down and do one cornrow by myself. And ask her how short my hair was. Since there was a customer, she told me then she can do it for $280 and up but doesn’t guarantee the price as she charges by the hair length and thickness. At the same time, I had just undid some cornrows and she was brave enough to tell me that I should go back to the salon that did them?. It’s just not fair how you treat your customers ma’am. Not planning to go back or advice anyone who cares about their dignity either

This is my new braids plug! Very neat salon, started immediately I walked in and very professional. I have 4c hair and Felicia really tucked my hair in. I was able to carry my box braids for 6 weeks, washed them twice in between and my natural hair didn’t stick out of the braids at all.So happy I found her on IG and gave it a chance. Felicia is very detailed and professional! It has been years since I got my hair professionally done. My hair had fallen out due to medical issues and is growing back slowly. Felicia assessed my hair and answered every question I had. She made sure we both had a clear understanding of the style we were doing and I loved it. I felt renewed! My style lasted for 3 months!! And, for someone recovering from an illness, it was such a great experience having an one-on-one appointment where it was just her and I during this time of COVID. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist near Lewisville. I intend on going back again!
