Not open on time I show up at 8:30 to drop off tires and waited there for 50 mins they are super un professional left at 9:20 when they were supposed to be open at 9 don’t ever go there worst place iv ever been to

Jo did such a great job with my truck. I was in a wreck that messed up all of the front and side part of my truck. I truly thought there was no solution and I was going to lose my truck I worked so hard to buy, until I found the best mechanic in town. I’ve attached photos so you can see the before and after of such an amazing job. The truck runs great and I didn’t have to sell my soul to pay for it lol. If you’re looking for a great mechanic. Jo is your guy 👌🏼

I recently had the air conditioning in my Chevy Camaro serviced at Jo Auto Repair. Despite the complexity of the job, Jo and his team expertly fixed and thoroughly checked everything before I picked up my car. I was very pleased with the service and the constant communication and updates. Their pricing was very fair, and I'll definitely go to Jo Auto Repair for all future repairs!

I have gone to them twice to get my brakes repaired ( 2 different cars). They are always fast and very nice and don't try to add other things that don't need to be fixed. Each time they have explained what they are doing and broken down the price and I have never had to go back to get it refixed.

Highly recommend!For those of you who need more of an explanation here are the reasons I will forever choose Jo auto repair.Quick, Resourceful, & ProfessionalismQuick:First experience: My husband has a manual 350z that needed a clutch repair. We called the shop as a new customer and Kevin got us in same day with a solution. They did not have the parts needed but ordered and had them within few days.Second experience: I had gotten into an accident and went straight to Jo auto. Got us in the next day to go over the process of how going through insurance works and the time line. Absolutely no delays on his end!Resourcefulness:First experience: Not many people outside of dealerships work on manual vehicles but Jo Auto does!Second experience: Jo Auto repair is able to communicate and has good rapport with insurance companies.Professionalism:First experience:The OWNER is always in his shop and working side by side with his team on vehicles and calls his customers personally to give updates.Second experience: The owner personally helped my husband and I through our first time accident repairs and how it all worked.Thank you Jo auto repair! Got my brakes changed here for a 2015 Highlander. Same day service and out within two hours! Highly recommend this place for any sort of car repair/service. Jo is a great guy.

Went to another repair center to get a price on wheel bearing replacement and was given a ridiculous quote. Called Jo Auto repair on a recommendation from a friend and was given a more than fair estimate. Dropped my Honda off at closing time and it was repaired and ready to go around noon the next day. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I will be using this shop going forward and would highly recommend.
