JC has helped me several times, most recently my alternator went out & my car was broken down. He not only sent someone to come to me to replace the alternator, but he charged me a very reasonable and fair price compared to other quotes I had gotten.

I have been going to JC for over a year and a half now. I have been using them for my BMW and my son's Acura. They are great! JC is very responsive, very quick, and reasonably priced. I feel JC is very honest and he always gives me a heads up on something that might need to be fixed soon. I will continue to use them as long as I am living in the metroplex.

Had a timing chain issue that I had brought my Ford Explorer in for. Great communication, kept me involved by sending pics and videos, and informed me of my options! Haven’t had any chain issues since, really appreciate this shop and their hard work 10/10

Jc has worked on my truck on 4 different occasions. The first time, JC did a great job, and the price was great. The second time was still good quality service with good pricing. The third time, I noticed the quality of service went down, and the pricing went up.The fourth time, I spent over $2000 in repairs, and the quality of service was just alright. My truck is still not running the best.Jc does great quality at first but has gone down with time.

Got a new turbo installed here after mine went out. (2014 focus st) they guys here were very kind and helpful. The price for the work was very fair and the got it done quickly. Would definitely recommend getting service done at this shop

I have now taken my car here twice now and both times the cost of repairs was significantly cheaper than what other places quoted me. Also both times I got my car back the same exact day I had dropped it off which was incredibly helpful. I’ve started to recommend this place to friends and family because I know they can do the job well and get it done quick!

Fantastic experience! Juan Carlos offered to drive my vehicle from my house, which was super convenient. He gave me a great price in comparison to a chain garage that I visited earlier that day. He even gave me some free add-ons. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else from now on.

Best yet auto service I’ve received since moving here to Texas!! Honest and straight forward.. did not disappoint me at all..didn’t give up on my truck until he figured it out.. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here with mechanics since I’ve been here…think I found me a permanent auto shop!! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly!!
