Arnie was personable and professional from the initial phone call through the service call. He came to our home the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us what we thought was fair pricing. He had both the washer and dryer going quickly.

Repaired dryer - Arnie with JB Appliances is great! He is super knowledgeable, explained the diagnosis and did a little education to boot. My dryer was repaired on the same day as I requested a service appointment. Arnie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and let know how much repairs would cost before proceeding. I signed up for yearly maintenance service going forward.
