I rented a unit for over 3 years here. In that time, they mistakenly cut my lock twice. Changed the access code to the gate multiple times without notifying me, and now are refusing to cancel my lease and refund me although I followed the instructions in the lease perfectly.
Avoid this place.

We have had this storage for about 3 yrs now. We love it. Charity has always been very efficient anytime anything happens. This place is great. We feel very safe with all our belongings there.
