“I want to say if you ever need anything looked at or completely fixed and resolved, you will get nothing less at the Lewisville TX location. Caleb fixed an issue I had been facing for over a week in less than 5 minutes. Not even the customer service could fix my issue and but Caleb was courteous, respectful, he heard my issue, and he immediately knew what to do. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and was so apologetic for the issues. He was even multitasking and assisting 2 other customers at the time. He’s truly the epitome of an amazing employee. Thank you Caleb!!”

To add insult to injury, calling in for support requires listening to a bunch of unnecessary nonsense for quite some time before you get to anything or anyone helpful. Update: Astound has reached out to me and has offered to work on the issue. I'm going to change the review for now until this work is done as they are making an effort to resolve it.”
