Rude staff . Today I had a very bad shopping experience at India bazar Lewiseville . The teller at the desk was slow while scanning the items for previous customer and there was an issue at the billing for the previous customer .he failed to serve the customer . Without completing the billing of previous customer he called me and I had to wait for another 10 mins at the kiosk while he was figuring out the billing issue for previous customer . Also they was no appology offered by India bazar staff for this chaos and bad customer service . To make the experience worse near the exit there was another India bazar employee started checking my bags and looking at my bill and going through all the items in the recipts . Which kind of world it is I am wondering. It is like it is our fault that we shopped there . What a worst experience . I think they should have some common sense about how to treat customers atleast learn from Patel brothers and other shoppers please . And at the least please learn to respect other people’s time . This is not the worst . The moment I was about to leave the other lady who just shopped, had the left the cart at the middle of the drive way . I had to clear it out too while leaving .What a bad day .

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a U.S. store. The manager at this location has to get customer service training first. Without listening to our complaints, started speaking with her own assumptions. We had 3 bad experiences at this location.1- Expired2- Low Quality Products3- Unprofessional Service

I was asked to show receipt today, I asked why and the employee told me because the cashiers make mistakes. Shouldn't you train your cashier better so they don't make mistakes. As an African woman it makes me wonder if this is racism, because she wasn't there when I got there or right before I was standing there at the cashier. she also gave me a look and walked to the door. DO BETTER!

I went to India Bazar looking for some rosé water. They didn't have the brand that I was looking for. They did have another brand. I decided to go ahead and try the new brand. So I bought a bottle. Needless to say when I got to the register the price was a lot more than the listed price. The cashier was rude. I will never shop at this store again.

The store is well-organized, and they consistently stock fresh vegetables. Like other Indian stores in the area, they have a wide range of essential items available. However, the billing process can be time-consuming due to long queues. The store has Rajulas Kitchen restaurant inside the store. It would be great if they could improve the shopping carts. On the bright side, there are ample parking spaces available."

I am not an expert on Indian cuisine or culture, but the variety of products from India is amazing. Tried several new items and was pleased with them. I liked the Turmeric Latte drink.
