My husband's jeep was having an issue after we just got it back in October ( it's January now and we bought it from a different auto nation) and he had a major problem with it. The throttle needed to be replaced. The dealership charged us just a little over $1,000 for parts and labor and we waited for about two weeks, this made it hard on us and it was a bit stressful. Luckily they gave us the option to finance the big repair. When we came to the service center to pick it up, it was nice to see that they at least have some free snacks and drinks. I always love that

TAKE A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME TO READ THIS. This is my story, and how one person changed my life for good. I lost my job and there was no hope for me. I was lucky to get two great people helping me purchase a new Jeep. Doyle was awesome and walked us through the pre-order process for our Jeep. He wasn't pushy at all and got me exactly what I wanted and nothing more. Knowledgeable and personable. For the pickup process we got to work with DeArien Spencer who was also great. He was extremely friendly and made the buying and pickup process a breeze. If we are ever in need of a new vehicle we know who to go to. I'd buy all of my future cars from either one!

This is ridiculous! The new Wrangler 4*E I bought actually had three paint problems, and two of them were obviously whitewashed. This shows that the employee knows the car is defective, which is not at all honest. There was no sincere apology and statement afterwards, and it was a very bad car buying experience. It breaks the heart of a loyal user who owns a fourth Jeep. I think I will continue to comment on this elsewhere.

Dont waste your time going here....just because they have it available, for sale and you are a well qualified buyer with the means to purchase DOES NOT mean they will sell to you. Apparently they have selective criteria when it comes to who they will sell to.

I'll put this plain and simple. Just go there to buy your next Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep! We picked up our Jeep we ordered 3 months ago and the service and friendliness was just awesome! Zack and Terry kept in the loop the whole build process on our Jeep.The wait was worth every penny! What great experience to order and buy a Jeep from Huffines! Thanks a million Huffines!!

I was charged $538 for F oil change and filter change, I own Toyotas and they give you oil change for free till 25,000 miles, GMC does that as well, this Dealer charged me $538 for the first service, on my 3500 dually, I like the truck but this people are unbelievable and stupid crazy high prices for and oil change after we bought like 10 trucks from them, NO RECOMMENDED! Verify you'r deal before some stupid F try to still money of you, because that's what it is not business makers, they try to reach of one person it's shame on this dealer, I will definitely never buy a truck here again, And if I can, I will bring that truck that I bought back, $72,000 for that BS never again. You'll need to stop lying on people, you'll created a Bad business for people, I will never come back to this place.

John called this morning, Huffines found the part, a loaner car, and were able to go the extra mile to deliver the servicenI have come to expect from a dealer that has had my business for six vehicles and a quarter century. I have to say this has been a refreshingly pleasant and painless experience buying my vehicle here. Although the current used car market presents challenges to both buyers and sellers, the Huffines Lewisville Chrysler team made a huge difference and made my shopping experience excellent in every way. My sales professional, Terry Layman works in pre-owned at Huffines Chrysler Lewisville. He was very helpful at all times, gave me a generous trade in offer for my used Grand Cherokee. I was able to find a very nice Nissan Armada that fit in my budget and had all the features I wanted. Terry streamlined the buying process and was respectful of my time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I hate dealer back and forth games and Huffines didn't play any from sales to the finance manager, no one made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome even though I wasn't buying an $80,000 vehicle, they still made me feel welcome. Great job guys, and I'll be back Terry to buy my F250 later this year!!!

I'm very happy with the service professionalism I got from Trey in Scott and the service department they took very good care of my vehicle make sure everything that I needed done was taken care of and replaced after it was stolen and everything was removed from the state equipment and they destroyed my dash Huffines fixed everything and got it at work in order again and I'm very pleased with their work and professionalism I recommend the shop everyone

The service department needs to be overhauled if you want my business. My guess is the virus went to their heads. I go in for my schedule service, yes scheduled by the app listing all my recents issues. Three items yet has this dealership fixed and other information concerns. So I pulled in their where three persons standing around, one playing candy crush @ 7:30 am. One service person came out and ask how can I help, I indicated I had an appointment for service, he asks for my name and disappears. A few moments later another person come out stick a floor mat in and begins to hook up the obc monitor asks for my name and what brings me in. Well I ask the person where the original person was that I did not want to repeat everything I just said I ask him to go get my records it was all detailed in the request. I must of used too many big words because the face was priceless, he could not understand why I refused to repeat my whole list. It was obvious I was interrupted the morning coffee, so I politely ask him to remove the device go get my records and discuss. Well you thought I asked for the moon and he again ask why I was there. At this point service hospitality is shoot,I removed the paper floor board and told him to have a nice day but I would take my business elsewhere. I have bought a few trucks from here but never again, now I have to travel an extra 10 miles out of my way for service, I say I hope you go belly up you do not deserve to thrive with such poor service over the years. I have a choice and will exercise my rights.
