Called to get and estimate on a few parts and got and extremely rude arrogant "estimate" associate quoted $1500 for a headlight, get out of here I wouldn't bring my car here if it was the only place that could fix it after talking to them I would avoid this place after simply calling them to get snapped at is uncalled for.

Customer service at front desk GREAT! Service Department are polite. Communication on how long a service job will take should be more accurate tho. My estimate said 15 days. I was told 1 week,... Well turned to 3 weeks and I thought by having a newer model car (2024) it should be no problem with parts...right?! Nope.wrong. I know better now.

Even though it is out of the way for us, we took our vehicle in for some damage repair to Huffines Collision in Lewisville because we bought our vehicle from Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge and get our car serviced there. Always with great service and results. Huffines Collision is no exception. Excellent work, proactive communications, early delivery, and no price gauging. I highly recommend them.

I'm very dissatisfied with the amount of time taken for this minor repair. I was told a day and I came to pick up and then I was told it's not ready and to come on some other day and moreover, the other day I was not communicated anything regarding the pickup. They took 2 weeks just to match the parts color. Very poor communication.

From their great customer service to the superb job on my vehicle, they can’t be beat. After I got rear ended I had numerous concerns and multiple questions. All of that was eased when I started working with their team. They worked directly with the insurance and kept me up to date with the process. We had a disagreement over some of the final invoice details. But Steve Baine got involved and straightened everything out. The quality of the repair to my truck was fantastic. After it was all completed, the experience exceeded my expectations.
