Brad was my sales consultant and made my vehicle selection and purchase most memorable. The relaxed way he brought me to purchase is the best vehicle selection experience I have had since 1993!

I love working with Huffines dealerships due to their high level of service and integrity. They value me as a customer and that is why I continue doing business with Huffines.

Bought a nice truck through Chris Blackmon. When you are exchanging a lot of money like this, the most important thing is to feel trust that you aren't getting screwed. Huffines, and Chris, earned that trust. At no point did I feel pressured, or that I was getting mislead, or a common tactic at other dealerships to offer you a crazy deal first to scare you and you have to fight them for the normal deal. Everything was up front, they were kind, they gave me a few days of space when I needed to breathe. Nice finance people too. Excellent experience all around! Would shop again and recommend to anyone.

I've used this dealer and associated parts/service from purchasing my jeep to all the mods. But ultimately, I had to switch to a different dealer. Even the designs team has been a pain to try and work with.I've yet to once have a successful phone call with anyone in designs nor service outside of a call received during service for my TPMS on new wheels (which they screwed up, and I had to have discount tire fix)I tried to give them a chance one last time today. I tried to call into their designs department to get a quote to put a snorkel on my truck. The attempt at the call went the same as always. First pickup to direct the call was prompt, but they transferred me to parts for some reason (this seems common when trying to get to designs), and parts then tried to transfer me over. And, like usual, the designs team never picked up. Sat on hold for 20 minutes with that God awful blaring hold commercial with no answer. The only time I've ever successfully spoken with them is either when I drove up there in person, or if I had to go through the manager that oversaw my sale who was gunning for a better review of the dealership.Whilst that manager was nice, the fact of the matter is that if I have to call a manager directly just to get a major service offering to pick up the phone, it's not good service. Even when he pushed someone to actually pickup the phone, I often got a "we'll have to look and call you back" response and never got the callbacks. For other things like the vehicle purchase itself, *most* of that went ok.I'm very annoyed that when doing the credit check for financing they ran multiple hard inquiries rather than a single pull. One of the bureaus received no less than *four* hard pulls. This will hurt your credit a bit, especially if you've gotten any other financing in the few months before or after the pulls happen.

My biggest mistake was not trusting my gut when I was wanting to leave the dealership but the salesman got me to buy a 2022 Ram 3500 tradesman making me think I got a “good deal”. When I said I was thinking of getting a Chevrolet the salesman told me that the Ram I was looking at would be reliable and be a great work truck. I made it very clear that I was in desperate need of a work truck because I had broken my finger and could not use a manual transmission truck anymore. So when buying this truck I communicated with the salesman that purchasing a new automatic diesel truck with heavy towing capacity was important to me. He promised me I would be satisfied with the truck. Well let’s just say these new Ram trucks are the opposite of what I had in mind. The truck felt very stiff and almost incapable of towing what my 20 year old truck could. It’s the weakest truck I’ve owned to date. Within the first month the check engine light turned on and off multiple times and would have trouble starting up in the mornings. I called to get it fixed and I was told to wait days. I talked to the salesman and said that because my job is very demanding I decided to buy a brand new truck so I wouldn’t have issues with it. I think that as a new customer who purchased a ZERO miles truck, that if a check engine light turns on it should be taken care of immediately. It’s seriously unacceptable. Unfortunately they were making me wait too long and I decided I would literally rather sell the truck back to them and lose some of my hard earned money than to deal with that piece of trash again. I went and got myself a new truck from a different manufacturer and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my new purchase. Be careful what you pay for! These RAM trucks aren’t made like they were 20 years ago.

I bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my daughter at Huffines and it was a great purchase experience. I got all my questions answered by De'Arien, who was very knowledgeable , professional and patient. I was able to decide what was the best option for me without feeling any pressure or rushed. If you want an amazing customer services when purchasing your new car go to Huffines and ask for De'Arien you don't have to worry the entire staff is so courteous and professional.

We purchased a transmission with 3 year warranty and it failed after six months. When we tried to get another transmission through the warranty they provide, we were IGNORED AND DISREGARDED by the parts manager and the service manager. We have been a loyal customer to Chevrolet Huffines and Chevy Huffines Parts for over 30 years, if they do this to us, they will do it to you. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH NEVER GETTING A REFUND OR GETTING HELP.

Had a great salesman, but over all Huffines has really disappointed me. Took to long to pay off on trade in. GOT over 6 calls from lender. By the time they paid they like $50 to finish oaying off. I payed it and sent the general manager a email with copies of documents so I can be refunded. Guess he doesn't read his email. Our dealer tag ran out as well before we finally got our plates in. Poor way to run a business never have I had such trouble as I have out of this dealership. Happy with my purchase is only thing that came out good.

I honestly believe they were trying to wait until my warranty wore out to fine the issue with my vehicle. We were told over and over again nothing was wrong or it is just tires until we finally brought it somewhere that wasnt associated with Huffines.

I was in search of a vehicle and Mike Enrichs did everything in his power to make sure my purchase was smooth, easy, and timely. I enjoyed his knowledge regarding the vehicle and his passion for helping others. Mr. Steven Ellison was also very helpful with ensuring that I was satisfied with the car. I’m very thankful for the Mike and the friendly people at Huffines in Lewisville. I drove over 2 hours to pick up my vehicle and it was well worth it.

Shout out to Cole Miller for taking care of us! Super chill and no pressure sales pitch. Appreciate his enthusiasm and knowledge of automobiles. He went above and beyond because we were in the area for vacation and our trade vehicle was 5hrs away. He got the deal we wanted and met us halfway the next day to switch vehicles. Definitely recommend Huffines for your next vehicle purchase!

Purchased a 22 Ram 1500 a couple months back, and the buying experience from the very start has probably been the best I’ve had. Thank you Huffines, I’ll definitely be back again. Shout out to Yusef, top notch knowledge and professionalism!

Bought a new 2023 Dodge charger widebody about a month ago from Yusef Seyam and he held the car for me and was great at communicating. Drove 3 hours and thanks to Yusef i will make the same drive to purchase another dodge in the near future. The dealership was friendly and was excited to get me in a new car.

Scheduled an appointment using their website and got an email confirmation of the appointment, but when it came time to validate that it was OK to bring the car in nobody at the entire company knew anything about it regardless of what information that I got and oh by the way, if you do plan on dropping your car off there, plan on it being a week because they're "too busy" to get to it even though you scheduled an appointment please for your own sanity avoid this dealership at all cost if your jeep needs any type of service
