3rd review. Stellar service as always, so the customer service isn't taken for granted I'll share my story. Battery dead no appointment. Tyler had me taken care of in less than an hour after pulling in and onto work on time (which could have easily cost a half day anywhere else without appt). Thanks to everyone at Huffines Chevrolet again !

Took my truck here for a recall so I decided to get brake pads done while there bc my front left had just started squeaking a couple days ago. After waiting 3 hours they tell me they have gotten backed up so they would need to keep it overnight. Which was fine bc they were kind enough to send me home in a free rental. 15 minutes after I get home they call me saying it is going to be $1200 for 4 roters and 4 pads. HUH? Told him I'm sorry but there's no way I can afford that so I'm just going to have to come pick it up and do it myself. I've changed pads on my old truck multiple times so I'm not an idiot to this fix. The front left was the only wheel squeaking as of just a few days ago so there is absolutely no reason to replace the rear pads much less the rear roters. Tacking on things I absolutely do not need. After pointing this out he says "okay, I'll see if we can not replace those rear roters and call you back". 15 minutes later a different guy calls me back and says "so you're just going to go with aftermarket parts and do this yourself huh"? Uhhh yes... bc $1200 for a brake job is absolutely ridiculous lol. So I'm home the next day doing it myself and as I'm removing the brake shoe I see that one of the two pads IS COMPLETELY MISSING... LITERALLY NOT EVEN THERE! They didn't even put my old brake pad back on!!! Anyone who knows about this, knows it's literally impossible for it to just pop out and go missing, and also impossible to not notice it's not there when putting it back on. So now after having driven it back home from the dealership WITHOUT A BRAKE PAD its caused my brake caliper piston to completely shatter draining all my brake fluid everywhere, and now a harder more difficult MORE EXPENSIVE problem to fix... UNREAL! This is something you'd expect from a private shop or mechanic... but a dealership? This is the first time anyone, including me, has been anywhere near my braking system since I bought it brand new and drive it off the lot. Still equivalent with all original factory parts and everything. UNBELIEVABLE!!! MIND BLOWN * Even after the added fix of now having to replace the entire brake shoe on my front left wheel, install 4 new brake pads & replace 2 front rotors, a buddy of mine and me did it ourselves for only $317.00... For those of y'all that aren't good at math, that's a total savings of $883.00

A bolt broke on the back hatch of my 2008 Trail Blazer. I called repeatedly and got Randy's voicemail with no return call ever. I finally had to drive to the collision department. I did get a quick estimate. I tried calling again to speak to Randy, the estimator, but always get his voice mail. He never returns my calls. I was trying again today. The receptionist was impatient with me trying to get in touch with Randy. The first time I called she forwarded my call to Randy to which I got voice mail. I called right back and told her I just needed to see if I could bring my car in for another estimate so they could order the part. She said he was on his phone but she impatiently listened and then sent me to his extention where I got voice mail again. I'm tired of trying to give Huffines my business. They have been servicing my car since 2008, but no more. I'm done.

Since buying my '21 High Country Tahoe I have been bringing it to Huffines for warranty work and service. Tammy has been helpful, responsive and friendly. I'm glad the dealership is convenient to my office.

Do not buy a used car from this place they sold me a car 2 months ago. Now I have 2100 dollars worth of work I have to pay for out of pocket. Wish I never looked this place up!

This is about the after service that you never asked for. I had my oil changed here once a year ago. However every few weeks, I get a call from someone who can't pronounce Camaro or Huffines that asks me if I want to come in for something. I own another Chevy and have been thinking of upgrading the wife's car in the next year or two. I may go with a Chevy, but you know where I won't go? I won't go to the people who spam the crap out of me after getting a single oil change. To give more context, my car has less than 60,000 miles on it so quite a ways from new car shopping for myself.Again, people and service were actually pretty good but their marketing is absolutely atrocious.Update: Got a call from the GM to apologize. He said they're looking at how to improve the process and reevaluating how they market. Didn't ask for anything, simply said he was sorry about the experience. Nice guy and not something many folks would do.

Greg in the parts department treated me like a king!! Truth be told, I'm a "ford man" and have been all my life.. My wife and I just bought a used Chevy Equinox from our mechanic.. I was treated nicer at this Chevy dealership than any place I've ever bought parts from. Kudos to Greg!!

Had these clowns work on my Mercedes from a previous screw-up of theirs... stemming from a simple tire rotation of all things which is even more embarrassing on their behalf and says everything about their standard of quality or lack thereof ... they "fixed" it but upon recent inspection from my Mercedes specialist mechanic they did more far more damage fixing it than they did actually repairing it.... Damage that could have potentially caused a catastrophic accident and possible death. These fools will do nothing but take your money and cost you even more taking it elsewhere to be repaired correctly. You have been warned!

Awesome service. This is the second time I have ordered parts for my car online. The quality of the goods is top and the shipping times are great. Although the parts have to be delivered around the world to Switzerland, the shipping costs are moderate.
