Felt discriminated because of comments of my HSA account as if I was not qualify to have one base on this year earnings.i worked less hour because I was sick and I lost my mother so I guess h and r block workers don't know what is empathy.

First the price, WOW! I was a small business owner for 26 years and had a CPA do my taxes. No longer a business owner, don't need a CPA, but H&R Block is just as expensive as a CPA? WOW!The best part of all this is that after I filed my taxes with the IRS I received a refund. So H&R Block over paid my taxes.

I have had bad experiences with HR block when I file my taxes every year Its always stressing a headache. Nothing is prepared easy. I have to wait year's I have to my taxes 3 times over one year how's that possible cause one tax preparation didn't get it right. I don't even no where are what happened to my 2020 taxes. I filed them 2 years ago can't get anyone on the phones. I filed again with block and I am just waiting for my second tax check. Good luck to me.
