I made an appointment to see Sara. I had to wait for an hour and a half because she had taken a walk in shortly before my appointment at 2. When she called me to the back she was not giving me her full attention, she was working on someone else’s tax return in front of me. I don’t work here but I feel like exposing that information to a random person is not okay. On top of that. I explained my situation and throughout my explanation she was getting sidetracked, it felt like she wasn’t listening. I had to repeat myself three times because she looked at me like she didn’t process I said “I filed my tax return but I got an error saying I already have one pending, how can that be possible if I only filed once?” I only asked how she could help me figure this out, a few words of advice. Instead she just stated “there’s other people here that need to file their taxes, I don’t have time to do this with you because you already filed.” Obviously, but how can it be filed if I’m only doing it once? Am I crazy or does that sound like somehow my tax return was filed before I filed it?! Because she was not listening to what I was saying, just telling me she can’t help, I just left. She clearly does not know how to help with anything aside from filing taxes for people. H&R Block either needs to hire more competent employees or take down the slogan that they are tax experts.

I had a uncomfortable experience . It felt like I being interrogated and not educated . It was my first time at H&R block and I normally just complete my own tax returns on turbo because they are so simple but I decided to just go to an expert for help and to get more credits. The guy (Matthew) was asking me so many questions about my W2's because I didn't have much federal taken out but l also didn't make much so Im thinking thats why.
Long story short I just decide to not go back to get the service. Maybe if I had a laid back , knowledgable, and non judgmental tax prep
, it would of been different but I wouldnt go back to him.

Gayla, Payton, and Janet really let us down this year. Horrible service this year, gayla messed up a routing number in the tax return and then Payton didn't send the right address for the paper check so we have been waiting literal months to receive what we are owed. There has been minimal to no contact from this office. Absolutely disappointed in the staff and their problem solving skills. We weren't even offered an h&R block debit card with the amount on it as a solution.

I had an appointment with my local H&R Block, as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. No one ignored me, and you can feel their team spirit. I had a little bit of a wait, but the process was quick.Thank you Mr. Serrano. ?

Not all tax pros make sure you have everything in place before getting these forms sent out. Everytime I've gone and seen this tax pro I know that I am getting all my dedications put on and that I'm getting a friendly face that cares.
