I stopped by H2O just to get ideas on updating my bathroom and the owner and sales team were so amazing- knowledgeable about all the pluming products, answered all my questions without pushing sales and friendly.They gave me great advice and have quality products. I decided to purchase all needed items- sink, toilet, fixtures Price was great, quality even better.I strongly recommend this company and will return in the future when updating my master bath.

Disappointed, The supply showroom (In the back of the bldg) was very disappointing.It is essential to know exactly what you're looking for or even have a picture of it to provide clarity.$$$$Home Depot has better prices!!

What a pleasure. I was looking for a part and finally ordered one online. Shortly after doing the order, I found H2O, they had the part, and it was cheaper than online. The staff was super nice and helpful, and had already put the part to the side anticipating me coming in. I now have hot water again!! Thank you!

Started out great but as time passed the service lacked attention to detail along with a poor effort from the staff and management to address concerns. Plenty of excuses but very little execution. Would not recommend.

I went to the show room to pick plumbing fixtures for a new home build and was promply kicked out for not wearing a mask. This was a week ago, and there haven't been mask mandates in months.

Truck drivers: If you have a 7am appt and your broker tells you otherwise, be here at 7am or you’ll have to wait until the next day to get unloaded. Broker said 8am-12pm but they sent me back until the next day at 7am.Otherwise, staff was friendly and I got unloaded very fast.

H2O gets my highest recommendation. They are very customer oriented. We recently needed a new tankless hot water heater due to ours freezing and cracking from the cold weather and they had the item in stock when no one else did. Will definitely use them in the future.
