I would give zero stars if it was possible. I gave them clear and precise instructions on how I wanted my hair but it seems like their so called stylist either chose to ignore my request or lacked the skills to follow my instructions.
No concept of blending, fading, or parting hair. Really a sorry excuse for a salon.
Stay away from this place if you don’t want to look like a joke.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: I physically showed LINA how to cut my husband’s hair, I go to the bathroom and come back out and she’s chopped off all his hair. I said hold on what are you doing I showed you what to do! There was no apology there was no response other than her saying no it’s ok and combining through his hair trying to cover up HER MISTAKE! Reluctant to pay, but Yes I still paid! So frustrating ??

Jw is amazing. I popped in here because my normal salon was booked entirely for the day.And j w really gave me a cut that I enjoyed.Will for sure be back

Avah is extremely unprofessional and dry to deal with. She doesn’t look at you and half answers your questions. She becomes a different person when it’s tip time. Never coming back to this location because of her. Also her body odor from underarms is so potent that every time she moves them around your head you have to stop breathing for a second.

The hairdressers openly complained about working and having to do haircuts while the waiting area was full. I should have left then, but my kid needed a haircut. Lady was nice enough it was just not a good cut at all.

The two ladies who work here are great! I've never had an issue getting my hair cut by them. That said, my hair was cut by an older gentleman yesterday who was kind, but unfortunately cut my hair poorly. I did my best to help guide him on how I wanted my hair cut by showing him pictures but it appeared he was a bit confused. Its a simple haircut, just a 1 on the sides and a bit longer up top, yet by the time he was finished my hair was all around uneven. Not wanting to cause a scene, I paid for the haircut and booked an appointment at a different hair salon to shape up areas he left lopsided. Not a bad location and it's usually great for a quick cut.

I'll never go to this place again.. tried 3 times over 3 months because it's on my way home from work and there's never more than 1 or 2 people working there.. always a long wait and you have to wait for people who check in online which I'm not going to.. not going to download an app, go to your website.. if you can't wait on a customer who's sitting in your waiting area first than you can have it.. would give 0 stars if i could
